The absolute best in the business. We have used Refresh for carpet cleaning and now air duct cleaning and both have been outstanding. I have never used a professional carpet cleaning company as I have always done the cleaning myself. This time around due to not having the time or energy I thought to reach out to a company and get it done professionally. Melinda was amazing with setting up the appointment and explaining the cost of the service for two rooms, and providing a quote and instructions prior to arrival. The day of, Emilio reached out prior to arrival to let me know he was 15 minutes out. He arrived early and prepared, ready to hit the ground running. Emilio was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the job itself. He took the time to explain what he would do, how long it would take, and what to expect after. He finished it in no time, and he did an amazing job! He took out stubborn stains that even I had struggled with from constant foot traffic over the years. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the customer service from start to finish in my interactions with Refresh, all the way down to the quality of the work done. Would definitely recommend and without a doubt use them again!
