All reviews for Refresh Carpet Cleaning

The absolute best in the business. We have used Refresh for carpet cleaning and now air duct cleaning and both have been outstanding. The employees I have worked with are genuinely good people and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Highly recommend! Attaching a before and after picture of our air ducts.

Refresh does a great job getting our carpet back in order. Service is always on time and friendly, would recommend to anyone!

I have never used a professional carpet cleaning company as I have always done the cleaning myself. This time around due to not having the time or energy I thought to reach out to a company and get it done professionally. Melinda was amazing with setting up the appointment and explaining the cost of the service for two rooms, and providing a quote and instructions prior to arrival. The day of, Emilio reached out prior to arrival to let me know he was 15 minutes out. He arrived early and prepared, ready to hit the ground running. Emilio was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the job itself. He took the time to explain what he would do, how long it would take, and what to expect after. He finished it in no time, and he did an amazing job! He took out stubborn stains that even I had struggled with from constant foot traffic over the years. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the customer service from start to finish in my interactions with Refresh, all the way down to the quality of the work done. Would definitely recommend and without a doubt use them again!

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Everyone was so polite. They did an awesome job. I will be using them again.

Tech named Taylor came out to our house and took care of business.
He helped move furniture and kids toys even though majority of that should have been our job. He also took the time to show us, under black light, where dog and kid stains were on the carpet.
They earned our recommendation.

I had two rooms where the carpet was deeply stained. Now the csrpet in both rooms look like new carpet. Thanks so much for a job well done.
