We had longstanding water stains on a carpet removed quickly and efficiently. Also had an area rug cleaned and expertly wrapped for storage. We are very pleased with the professional, courteous service; prices are reasonable as well. We will definitely refer this company to anyone who asks and will contact A-Steam for all our future carpet-cleaning needs.

Great People & Company.... They came out and cleaned out our air ducts and the return. Did an amazing job!!! I was going to call carpet tech at first but they have an affordable price. I will probably be calling them soon again to clean my carpet next! They Deserve A 5 STAR Rating!

These people are amazing!!! My carpet was horrible and when they finished it looked new.. I would highly recommend this company not only to residential but businesses! We had A-Steam come out to clean our air ducts and HVAC unit. They were on-time, very professional, and did a great job at cleaning our air ducts. They were also one of the best values in town! Highly recommend their services and looking forward to having them back for other services!

I called and setup an appointment within minutes. I am very pleased that they were able to schedule me soon. I will update review after the work is finished, but so far it's been a good experience. I tried call a few other places and they weren't available.

Update: The air quality in my house is noticeably better after the cleaning was done. They did a fantastic job and was well worth the money

They've cleaned vents for us 3 times and always very professional. I had several companies no call no show on me before finding them so now they're the only one we use. They're very thorough and reasonably priced. If I could put 10 stars I would!

Phenomenal service as well as customer service. They were here promptly at the time arranged, they worked with me on how to best set up their gear, and they were extremely reasonable with pricing. Friendly staff, and my carpets look brand new. Even the problem areas they were concerned about, they ended up getting rid of. I had to attend a meeting during their service and felt extremely comfortable leaving them in my home, which it turns out I was right in thinking. They finished when they said, nothing damaged nothing broken, and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I had my kitchen/dining room ceramic tile and grout steam cleaned. The crew arrived while I was at work as scheduled and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home, the transformation was amazing!! The tile was restored to like new!! My experience with this company was absolutely positive and I WILL use them again. This satisfied customer will be sending referrals their way!

They were on time and very courteous. I am very satisfied with how clean my carpets are. They even remove a large spot where the water heater leaked.
The charge was very reasonable.
The only negative was that the drying time took several hours but I would use them again.

Very professional and responsive. I live out of town and needed to have my carpets cleaned at my Lubbock home before I put the house on the market. Adrian was quick, responsive and booked my appointment via text the next day. They even came back out for a second stain I found (under some furniture) that needed to be touched up and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Adrian and his crew moving forward.

Adrian's son & his partner were great they did a awesome job cleaning the air ducts they took pictures of before & after. It was amazing the difference in the ducts, the air quality is so much better. Then they cleaned the carpets they look almost brand new they got all the stains out. I'll definitely use them again. They worked hard, but did a very thorough job. They know their profession. Thanks for all you did.

We used the last November to come in and clean our carpets before we moved into our new built home, they were professional and fast.

A-Steam Carpet Care was fantastic! I was not able to be home but they came in cleaned all the carpets in a timely and very professional manner. They locked up and reached out to me when they were done. Carpets looked great and smelled terrific. Scheduled every 6 months.

These guys are great. They show up on time, are very knowledgeable, and do great work.
