Not only was the office quick to respond to our needs but the gentlemen that came out were very nice, professional, and very straight forward with the services they recommended for our specific needs. They answered all of our questions and were helpful in setting us up with further services we needed through them as well.

On top of all of that, they did a PHENOMENAL job on the carpets, not missing a single area, and even spent extra time and effort on old tougher spots we didn’t even realize were there. Our carpets were left looking immaculate and honestly in better shape than when we first moved in. Overall just a really pleasant and painless experience Definitely recommend.

Today I had my carpet cleaned. And yes it was gross with a few pet stains. But Carpet Tech came in and did an AMAZING job as Always. The guys Nick and Nick were kind, professional and did an AMAZING JOB.

Jerid from Carpet Tech came out to remove a paint spill on our driveway. He and his coworker were so polite and kind. They removed ALL of the paint. I’m very pleased.

Carpet Tech did a great job on my carpet today. Young men were respectful and moved a sofa back to its original place. They were extra careful with furniture as well.

I was honestly coming to leave a bad review because i started out dealing with someone named hannah i think and was having a frustrating conversation. Until finally she transferred me to another lady who actually handled the problem with compassion instead of attitude. I do think this company does a great job i just hate all the big machines they gotta leave running up my electric bill !! They should be leaving a generator or something since its their equipment. But other than that they do good.

Dakota was great. Very nice and very efficient! Our furniture looks brand new! He let us know when he was on his way and the job was done in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using Carpet Tech again in the future!

Jackson was very polite and helpful. Both technicians were professional and did their job in a timely manner while paying close attention to detail. They even had me check the smell to see if I was satisfied and fixed it when there was still a slight smell. Jackson was also very helpful with tips and tricks to keep my furniture in good shape and was never bothered by my endless questions. He answered any and all questions I had.

Carpet Tech - Thank y'all so much! My home carpet is clean and smells so good in here now. I'm going to give y'all a shout-out on my gofundme and Facebook. I'm never going to forget Carpet Tech's kindness and hard work from both Reagan Davis and Taydan during this extremely difficult time for me and my husband, Joe. He's very sick with multiple myeloma cancer, that's very aggressive. He's only 55 years old. He was diagnosed last January 2025. I can't thank you enough. I will be letting everyone I know how wonderful and caring y'all are. I always thought this would cost a small fortune that we never seemed to have, but the quote was extremely reasonable that Reagan gave. At the end of cleaning I was ready to pay and Reagan told me that's the last thing I needed to worry about and I didn't pay one cent. Carpet Tech covered it. I should have never waited 20 years to do this. I don't have a choice now because Joe is having breathing problems and needs to come home from the hospital. I don't know how much time I have left with Joe but at least I don't have to worry about my carpet making him any Dockery. His health matters the most to me. I can't thank you enough Carpet Tech, Reagan Davis and Taydan! 🥰🙏

I am super impressed with the work Carpet Tech provided. Jackson and his partner did a phenomenal job on our home's floors and our sectional. We have dogs that cause our floors and couch to get dirty and this is the best they have looked in a long time!

Trevor and Kyler were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Trevor was able to take care of a "bubble" in my carpet that has bothered me for 7 years! He also tucked in the carpet along a wall. It looks great. I will know about cleaning when it dries. I've been pleased in the past. Two rooms in less than an hour, and less than $155!

Called Carpet Tech on referral from a friend. So glad I did! They did an amazing job!! I moved into my new place with carpets filled with smoke from the former owner. Even though they said it was not guaranteed, the place smells so very much cleaner now and NO cigarette smell! Next time I need my carpets cleaned they’ll be who I call! And I’ll refer them to everyone!

Made it early, super nice, did a great job cleaning pet and flood stains, efficient, professional, excellent price. The customer experience is always worth it! Excited for clean carpet to start the new year! We had 3 bedrooms, hallway, large closet, and stairs cleaned for $308. There were multiple pet stains and a bit of flooding from June. Cannot say enough good things about Blake & his team. After our house flooded, Blake was there for every step of the restoration process. He & his team were professional, timely, polite, & trustworthy. They did a great job & we will most definitely be using them for all of our future cleaning jobs. Highly recommend!
