They were here really quick after I called and even came up same day because somebody canceled right after I had called! Service was amazing and quick they were gone in 30 minutes after finding out what was up with our AC!

I've used a few ac services in the past to work on my elderly grandmother's ac and heating unit. EGS was by far the most professional, timely, and reasonably priced out there. I'm only using them going forward.

The gentleman came out and diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. Before working on the unit they inspected the unit then informed me of what repairs i needed. They were quick and clean up after. Would recommend again.

Being a landlord from Midland, I was not present for the repairs in Lubbock, but I was sent pictures throughout the job and recieved multiple touchpoints (calls). I called several companies to come handle a small electrical problem at my job. All of them scheduled a time with me and never showed. EGS kept their scheduled appointment. They got the job done in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. After that I used them to help with a plumbing issue, and to change my fix my water heater. I will definitely use them for all of my electric, plumbing, and ac needs.

After calling 5 other companies EGS was the only one that was willing and able to get out to us right away. They were only here for 20 minutes - quickly diagnosed and fixed our home AC and now we have cold air again. Definitely recommend them!

EGS Heating and Air was amazing. My air conditioner broke during triple digit heat, and they were out in hours to fix it. They inspected it throughly and got it working again in minutes. I would highly recommend them, and will use them for any maintenance or repairs on my heating and air system.

Raul and his team were absolutely AMAZING. They were prompt, polite, reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I'm so impressed that I'm setting up a recurring contract with EGS for HVAC maintenance. Our ac kept freezing. EGS was so helpful and prompt. They told us our options and we decided to replace the unit. They came out within a couple days with the new unit and completely set it up.
