Needed to get our houses HVAC serviced. We moved out of state. The plumber called on the way to pick up the key from the realtor. He did not say anything about an extra charge. I spoke to the plumber multiple times on the phone before he was done with the job. Not once did he mention additional fees. When he called to say it was done all of a sudden there was an extra fee for going to get the key from the realtor. He said I have to pay and if I don't like it I can take it up with the realtor. He also said he would email a receipt but never did. Great company if you'd like to pay way over on your estimate for hidden fees. Stay far away from them.

We have a Daikin Mini Split in one part of our house that was not heating. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that the head needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. Brian remained diligent in conversations with Daikin to ensure that the head was totally replaced. Brian clearly communicated his findings, provided updates and kept us in the loop on labor charges. The installation is in a tight spot with stone on 3 sides and a wood beam above. Brian and Cole were careful to protect our floors and our house. Their work was superb and they were very respectful! Brian also took the time to ensure we understood how and when to clean the filters and to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this great Joe Rushing team and Joe Rushing Plumbing for ensuring we received a new head and not TONS of individual parts! GREAT JOB!
