We have a Daikin Mini Split in one part of our house that was not heating. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that the head needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. Brian remained diligent in conversations with Daikin to ensure that the head was totally replaced. Brian clearly communicated his findings, provided updates and kept us in the loop on labor charges. The installation is in a tight spot with stone on 3 sides and a wood beam above. Brian and Cole were careful to protect our floors and our house. Their work was superb and they were very respectful! Brian also took the time to ensure we understood how and when to clean the filters and to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this great Joe Rushing team and Joe Rushing Plumbing for ensuring we received a new head and not TONS of individual parts! GREAT JOB!

Was in Lubbock to see my elderly parents and noticed there sink was not working properly. Called Joe Rushing Plumbing to come out and they were at the house ASAP. Sink looks great and everything works. Thank you for being so quick to get them back on there feet. #CHS

My sister who is older and handicapped heater wasn't working today. Bryan Harper was able to come shortly after my sister called. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair heater so she wouldn't freeze! He also checked other items while he was there. Cost was reasonable! Service was excellent and response time great!

My wife called flatland plumbing because the washing machine was over flowing. They set up an appt for the next day and didn’t show up. I called them and they acted like it was no big deal to not show up or even call to let us know they were running behind. A guy shows up, runs a snake 30’ and tells me it’s a broken pipe and probably cost about $3800 to break concrete and repair it. $150 later he leaves and I call Joe rushing plumbing. They sent a technician out within an hour and had the drain unclogged and working. They ran a camera just to make sure it wasn’t a broken pipe. No broken pipe. Elijah was very professional along with his helper who remedied the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you Joe rushing plumbing for your help today.

We called out another company that looked at it and did not really check to see what the issue was, then they said that we needed a whole new system… which we could not afford. To get a second opinion we called Joe Rushing Plumbing, they came out quickly, identifies the issue and were able to get the part we needed to get us going again! If we have any more issues or when we can afford a new system, we know we will be calling Joe Rushing to take care of us! I wish we would have called Joe Rushing first!!

I had a problem with my water heater valve and like many people, I just recently moved to Lubbock and had no idea who to call. I'm so glad I called Joe Rushing!
From the initial phone call to the technicians onsite, everyone provided top shelf service all the way. The repair was a very fair rate and fast. The technicians were timely, clean, and organized. They patiently answered all my questions about in depth things like how the failed part is made, what caused it to fail, and anything I should do in the future as far as care or maintenance.
They even took the extra and completely unnecessary step of checking to see if the failed part was still under manufacturer warranty. It was and they saved me a lot of money! Talk about outstanding customer service!

I now have peace of mind with the Joe Rushing firm on my side, honest people I can trust. There's absolutely no reason I would call anyone else. Thank you Joe Rushing crew!

From the initial phone call I made to the services provided, the entire experience was professional! Every place of business needs a person like Ashley answering phones. On top of the situation, understood the issue, was able to communicate the issue to the other employees. The plumbers who came out were professional and knowledgeable and respectful of my time and property. Pilot light went out on my water heater, it took them less than 10 minutes to fix it and place a new high wind vent cover as well. Will continue to use Joe Rushing Plumbing. Thank you.
