Do not recommend this company. I liked the outcome of service after first 2 or 3 applications But .... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE They failed to call me about a canceled service call. I waited all day. Called permogreen at 3 pm .and this is when I was told it was cancelled .. The owner ?/manager was not very apologetic. She insisted that I WAS called ,then added that the canceled service for the that day was emailed to me . Never found the email. She finally told me they had 2 employees quit. At the end of the conversation, she said "we can not do business with you ". I found out that they have a different reason for the incident, which is totally not true.

Lawn looks worse than if service was never performed. Weeds and unwanted grasses are taking over. Called to complain and was told I would have to turn in a service request before someone could look at the problem. That by itself is not bad but was also told they would not be able to turn in the service request or address the problem until I paid for the service. No problem paying my bill just want what I paid for! Terrible service! Terrible results!

We have used they're services for many years now. Three different properties with various stages of weed infiltration. Perm-O-Green always gets our yards looking great!!

I’ve had perm a green service my lawns for nearly 17 years. They have a very professional staff, very courteous and helpful. My lawns have been so pretty , green and weed free other than what might come almost under the fence. Their prices are very reasonable also. Thank you perm a green!

Been a perm o green customer for 17 plus years. My lawn always looks so nice. They call with a reminder, as well as send an email, when they'll be by to treat lawn. If something doesn't work or a problem occurs, they come out quickly and make it right.

I have been with Permogreen for three years and have never had the worst experience that I just had. I am currently serving in the Army at Ft. Bliss Texas in El Paso for a year and just recently renewed our service with Permogreen. Last week, an individual (Jose) had come out and sprayed the wrong yard. I know this because my wife watched the whole thing. Upon realizing the mistake he had made, he hap haphazardly sprayed our front yard but did not make an attempt to do the backyard as has been the normal protocol for the last 3 years. No note was left, no doorbell rang, no knock on the door to tell us of the issue. My wife contacted you all and you never returned her call. I as well called and never received a call. Then today, 2-7-2020 in the morning my wife calls me telling me that there is a notice on our door saying that the backyard has been sprayed. We place a 2 by 4 under the gate to prevent access to the backyard and the only way to gain access is to remove the board. I am deeply concerned that whomever came out (Jose) to spray our yard jumped our fence, removed the board and sprayed the back yard without informing us! This is a clear violation of privacy not to mention breaking and entering without permission. I spoke to Jennifer who told me that Jose said the gate was open AND that he had knocked and rang the doorbell prior to gaining access to the backyard. I have ceased service with this company and would be cautious about doing business with a company that SAYS they do thing the right way when in fact the operate on a whole different level of honesty.

I canceled service from Perm-O-Green because I suspect that they charged me without a weed service. I was inside my home. My front camera did not capture anything except that a guy put a receipt on my door. However, no one came and spread weed when I was in my backyard. I had a similar suspicion last year. I do not trust this company.

After years of not having any problems, somehow the technician, or technicians, got instructions that they had to do our backyard. I have never wanted the backyard done, so I have it locked and my dogs are usually out. For the last two years, almost every treatment time they would not treat our yard and leave a message saying since the dogs were out they could not do our yard. Obviously this is wrong, because they have no reason to even be in our backyard. I talked to technician, the office multiple times, and even a supervisor, and it never got fixed. How something so simple as the technician having the wrong information could not be corrected after two years is beyond me.

Randy has taken care of our duplex and when I bought my first house it was infested with weeds and ticks sine he has taken over this property of the new house it has shown so much of an improvement. Thanks Randy !

I’m always worried that weed spaying companies are dangers for my furbabies. But these guys spray animal friendly weed killer! Just have to wait till it dries! Kaleb was over at my neighbours and said “hi” and we got to talking. I fell for it and asked him to spray my yard. The prices are great and the service is amazing! Kaleb was so awesome and friendly when he came over to spray my yard. I highly recommend asking for Kaleb! He’s a damn rock star!!!!

Kaleb does a great job on what used to be our sad little lawn. When we moved in the grass was non-existent and full of stickers and weeds. Now 2 summers later we have thick green grass and NO STICKERS! Kaleb is a Godsend.

So last March in pic below was my back yard. Beautiful and green before Perma-Green ever touched it. This March….. after perma-green has been taking care of our yard is in the other pics. Notice the front yard is still pretty and green? That’s because they’ve never put anything on it. The backyard on the other hand….. everywhere they’ve sprayed chemical, my grass is dead. Don’t use them! You’re better off getting the 13yr old down the street to do your yard. 6 months ago when I noticed it all dying I brought it up to their mgr. His only suggestion is to cut down my trees. My only question is…. If the trees are the problem then why was it green before perma-green ever touched it!

Just so everyone knows….. after perma green said they’d call me….. they never did.
