Having moved to Lubbock a mere two years ago from bigger cities I have been frustrated with finding a company to do various yard related service tasks, such as irrigation repair, at a reasonable cost and in a professional manner. I have hired various individuals who have left flyers in the mailbox, and they have always come up short. For example, I hired a young individual who recently graduated from Texas Tech, to level my lawn. As a professed new business owner and being a member of the Texas Tech family myself, I thought: "Hey, why not give this guy a chance". There was no quibbling about cost, rather an expectancy that the promised work would be done at a standard commensurate with the asked cost. What did I get? Rocks and sticks! I literally had to pull my shop vac out and vacuum my lawn.

All Seasons Property Care is the diamond in the rough in Lubbock and the quality of their service shines through. The owners, David and Suan Gillispie are responsive to emails/texts and they KNOW what they are doing. Their staff, in my case Carey and Kayden, levelled my lawn this year with a perfect mixture of sand and topsoil (no sticks or rocks there because they sieved the material first). They installed a French drain, serviced my sprinklers and ran drip lines to my trees. They have always come up above expectation and most importantly, if there is something you are not perfectly happy with, they will keep adjusting until it is perfect.

This may all sound simple, but the reality is that is harder and harder to find a company that does good work and who stands by their work. All Seasons always hits the mark. Thank you!

I was not happy that you didn’t change my bulbs as I asked you before they came to hang the lights. They had to do it on site and you charged me a big sum. I will not be needing your services next year.

2nd time one of these trucks has pulled out in front of me almost causing an accident your employees are reckless driving and there is dashcam proof of it.

We live an hour from Lubbock but they had no problem coming out here and taking care of us! They were honest and upfront with everything they did, and had great communication which is hard to find! Will for sure keep using them!

My wife and I were angered and frustrated due a few issues that were not resolved. I can say at this time we are completely satisfied and are so pleased with the efforts at resolution by Susan and All seasons proper. Susan and her company went over and above to see to our complete satisfaction. Our thanks and prayers to all that we are now completely thrilled with the beautiful landscape.

I started back with them after a year out. This company is a very reputable company does what they have told you they would do and show up when they are supposed to show up. Very nice company very nice people.
