All reviews for Bug Tech

Bug Tech is the best in Lubbock hands down and I have used several others before finding them. I would recommend using Adam or Matthew Guerra!! The best brother duo around !! They are very thorough, I appreciate that since I have 4 little kids!! They have also solved my spider problem now in two different locations. I can relax more knowing that the black widows are at bay. Thank you Adam and Matthew we are more like family now but I can’t thank you enough.

Adam and Bug Tech are AMAZING! Thank you for your kindness and getting rid of all our bugs!🐛 🐜🕷️

Brent Nelson was our Technician, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Our experience with Bug Tech is always top notch.

Adam Guerra was my technician today. He was thorough and very professional. Thank you Carpet Tech.

Bug tech is efficient, friendly, and they always get the job done. They have removed several wasp and hornet nests on my porch over the years. The techs are knowledgeable, and shar that knowledge, in order to help choose the appropriate form of control for your space.

Technician (Adam) was able to accommodate a specific time to come spray. He showed up on time and went above and beyond to take care of our house, yard, and kids' play areas. Even provided service for some wasp issues we've been having.

Bug Tech is always efficient and affordable. They come out every month, which gives me a great peace of mind since we are surrounded by so many fields.

Always professional and works with your schedule!!! 3yrs going strong using bug tech and we have no bugs or mice!

James did such a great job of locating the hive and taking care of it. He educated us on the process and was so helpful

Definitely recommend.

Keoni was my technician and was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He sprayed our house and yard for ants, did a thorough inspection as we’ve had so many issues with them this summer from all of the rain. Will definitely use Bug Tech again!

Our technician James was very kind. Nice greeted us with a smile on his face. James was very informative. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Not only kind to us but kind and friendly to our two puppies. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with James at our home and we look forward to taking advantage of our quarterly visits in the future. We'd love to give James kudos as he's a very important worker and asset for the company. Thank you for sending such a great technician.

Matthew was very friendly and quick! I feel at ease with my children now that we’ve had the house sprayed for pesky critters. The wolf spiders tend to be huge close to us.

Adam is very knowledgeable about any bug issue I raise to him. I appreciate Bug Tech’s quarterly service to my house.

Tech was very friendly, personable, and efficient. Mark did a fantastic job spraying everywhere.

We had a wasp nest that needed immediate attention. I called the main number and Adam called me back immediately to get my information. He was out to my place within a half hour and did a fantastic job. After removing the nest he treated the area to prevent the wasps from returning, and he took the time to explain the process at each step. Thanks Bug Tech!

Friendly, courteous, professional, thorough service. We really like Brandon. Do whatever you can to keep him!
