Fast, friendly, affordable, you name it! This was the first time having to have our house treated. The appointment was super easy to make and they walked me through how everything worked. The whole process only took around 45 minutes with my 15 million questions, I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg, and it's safe around my fur babies. Definitely recommend!

All technicians are always nice, polite, and very knowledgeable about their business. The text reminder appointments are great as well.Thank you so much for taking care of our pest control needs.

We couldn’t be happier with our pest control provider, Bug Tech! Brent Nelson is always professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers all our questions, and makes sure everything is handled thoroughly. We’ve noticed a huge difference since he started servicing our home, and it gives us real peace of mind. Highly recommend this company and especially the technician who takes such great care of us!

Adam is a bug psychologist. He gets in their heads in order to defeat them. Really understands everything and explains it super clearly. He is also super accommodating and customer oriented. Adam is the best.
