My parents bought a brand new heating and cooling unit from this company a few years ago and started having issues with it shortly after. For two years, the air conditioner does not want to blow cool air therefore the house is not kept cool. There’s not enough circulation and it is causing the pipes on the unit outside to freeze. My parents called them both years prior because the unit is still under warranty and the issue has never been fixed. So imagine how Unsurprised I was when the temperature got to 100° today and the pipes on their AC unit have frozen, causing it not to work again. This is the 3rd year mind you. I would never recommend this company to anybody, for any services. They do not honor their warranty because they do not fix anything when you call them. They like to come out and tell you there’s nothing wrong but clearly there is something wrong because the pipes keep freezing!!!
