Contacted this company to install my water softener and a RO system, they were quick to come out to install my system. The installer Logan was very professional and did an amazing job setting up my softener & RO system, the day of installation, we could tell the difference in our shower water and our drinking water. We just want to thank this company for the amazing job they did, I would highly recommend using redbird for you home filtration services.

Redbird water is such a joy to deal with! We've used them for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but excellent service and friendly interactions! We started with renting an RO system and hot water softener, and then we purchased a whole home softener and the RO system during one of their sales and have a great 0% interest plan so we've been able to spread out the cost over time. Jennifer is fantastic, all the service men that have come out have been wonderful and friendly, and everyone I've talked to on the phone has been so knowledgable and kind! David Barker is also a phenomenal part of the team. We love Redbird so much we recommended them to my Husband's employer and now their whole office loves them too! Our neighbors use them, and so many people we meet have gladly switched and aren't looking back. Redbird is the BEST!

We recently had RedBird Water System replace a unit we had rented in the Midland area for the past 13 years. When we contacted the previous provider about upgrading to a newer system, we were surprised to learn they wanted to charge nearly half again as much, even though our existing system had been fully paid off for over nine years.

Ryan and Gnest had to empty my two 500 gallon tanks.had to make holes in lid cause of no clean out to open. It has been over 40years since tanks been done. They was here on time. Very Professional what they was doing. Told me every thing had to be do. When ask questions they had the answers , what I was asking. Friendly and enjoy visiting with them. These folks are amazing!! Our system backed up and they were out to help us within 12 hours of our call for service!! They were very knowledgeable, explained exactly what they were doing, and advised us of how we could manage our system more effectively.
