Worst experience in my entire life with a plumbing company, or any subcontractor in any situation. I have never even had an experience this bad with a contractor on my own jobs!! SIX different plumbers sent to my house to repair/replace bathroom faucet!! The company made numerous schedule changes, plumbers were late most of the time, and I lost numerous work hours because of all the rescheduling and multiple appointments. This was in our master bathroom. My wife, who is disabled and terminally-ill and bedridden much of the time, had to be subjected to four strange men in and out of our bedroom/bathroom in one week several months ago while they attempted to repair/replace faucet. Never once was the same plumber allowed to pick up where he had left off. We gave up because of the stress and decided to just use buckets to haul cold water in to our bath water to adjust the temperature because this company imposed so much stress on my wife. On top of that, the owner complained to our landlord that I was “being ugly” to her office girls, so he threatened to evict us over it. Then, I got a month long out of town work assignment, so I asked the landlord if we could try again because it is very difficult for my wife to haul cold water buckets. Enter plumber number 5 (different from the other four). He takes everything apart, realizes he needs parts, tells us he will go get parts that day, but company will not let him return until 1000 the next day, because they are making him go to another job. This guy tells me and landlord he will be back for sure on the following day with parts at 1000 the next morning. 1030 next morning - no plumber. I call landlord again. Westech calls me and tells me he (same plumber) was running late from an earlier appointment (put before us) and is now on the way with parts. Guess what? That guy never showed up, but plumber #6 shows up and has to figure out what parts he needs. Owner calls me back up, I explain what we endured months ago, why we gave up on get the faucet repaired/replaced and what we were going through now. Yes, I had been and was again very frustrated with her, as she continuously cut me off mid-sentence, displayed zero consideration for the ongoing inconvenience and stress placed upon my family, and once again threatened to call and complain to our landlord!! Unbelievable!! At least plumber #6 was finally allowed to complete the job. I would give this company a zero if I could.

Westech came out on very short notice to fix my moms pipe that burst during the 2021 freeze. They fixed it fast, great service. But even more than that: *they gave her an absolutely huge discount for being effected by the freeze*. They didnt have to do this, but they did.

What a great company. I'll never use another plumber.
