I called on a Thursday afternoon to schedule an appointment to have some ac duct repair done. I scheduled an appointment for late the same day as I called. I received a call and text message telling me they would be there in 15 minutes. Cody showed up in about 15 minutes looked the job over and gave me an estimate to repair the ac ducts that need some repair. I felt like the estimate was very reasonable.

I figured it would be the following week before they could schedule and do the repair. I received a text message about 15 minutes after Cody left letting me know they could be there on Friday morning, which I was thrilled about.

Cody and his assistant showed up and did a GREAT job, cleaned up after they were done.

I would HIGHLY recommend On the Double.

I recently had the pleasure of working with On The Double Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and efficient.
Caleb Robb, the technician who handled our service, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was extremely courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. Caleb took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done thoroughly and correctly.
It's rare to find a company that combines quality work, honesty, and great customer service—but On The Double hits all the marks. I feel confident knowing my heating and cooling system is in great hands, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I am very happy with the service I received from the technicians that came to my house. They were on time and got the job done to my satisfaction. It took all day to finish the install due to the fact it was very hot in the attic. I am definitely glad I chose this company. Caleb and another guy I can’t remember his name I think it was Ben did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

The two gentlemen were courteous. They were efficient at cutting holes in ceiling and running duct work to two bathrooms. They clean up as they worked. They checked to see if vents were working properly before they left. I would recommend.

Cody was here when he said he would be and did what was needed. It would be wonderful to us if Cody did our service call every time we need something. He is outstanding

We’re able to get their tech to our home same day. The technician Chis was able to diagnose and source parts and our heater was fixed within ann hour. Informative and competent.

2-Star Review for On The Double HVAC

I recently had my HVAC system fully replaced (indoor and outdoor) 7/8–7/10/2025 and chose On The Double expecting 5-star service, based on what Josh (manager) and Casey promised. The final cost ended up higher than the initial estimate, even though we supplied our own electrical wire to help reduce it.

Josh recommended the Amana unit and promised to follow up on its performance, but days later (including a weekend) I’ve had no call and no final invoice—though they made sure to get the financing signatures immediately. The new system isn’t performing as well as they claimed.

That evening before they finished, I also noticed new ceiling cracks where they accessed the ductwork—something I’ll have to repair later. They replaced most vents but left one original, and two others that were supposed to be relocated and redone larger and that wasn’t done.

They were also not professional about respecting my yard. Despite me moving their materials off the grass once, they later piled old ductwork insulation there again before I had to remove it a second time.

When I pointed out dents in my dryer and other damage, Josh became angry, told me repeatedly “I should have charged you double because it was so hot for my guys,” and kept saying they were “under” on the job and might need an insurance claim. He even told me I’d have to pay him $5,000 that night before leaving, which was much less than the remaining financed balance.

Overall, very disappointed. 2 stars. I wouldn’t recommend them.

These guys were great. They were eager to fix my problem. I was worried about cost since I am disabled. And it took 5 minutes to find the issue was a dirty part. They gave it a more throw check and charged me a low cost and answered all my questions. I will referee people to them and will be using them each year for my servicing needs.

We were extremely fortunate to have used On The Double for installing an entirely new central heating and ac unit in our newly purchased home. They were able to diagnose the issue with our old unit, give us multiple options, potential scenarios, and had a crew at our house the following morning to remedy the situation. Cody, Caleb, and the other technicians that came were extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company!

It is unfortunate sometimes but even in a new construction HVAC issues can come up. On The Double has been so responsive and thorough getting our issues fixed. They were able to diagnose and recommend the best way to fix the issue with an accurate price.

They came within 15 min to fix my problem. We’ve work with them in the past and never had an issue. Top quality work and really good pricing.

Cody was absolutely AMAZING! He explained all of my options and gave me such great, friendly, professional service. I appreciate both Cody and Nate! Great guys, great company!

I would love to give a 5 star review but this is just to warn others if you have a mini split installed and it needs work don’t call you’ll just waste $103 dollars. Chris was nice and his colleague but the cost to fix is more than the unit.
