The work done by Platinum Chimney Inspection Services in Lubbock was excellent. After doing a thorough chimney inspection, Nicholas provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. They completed the chimney repair quickly and neatly, leaving everything tidy. My home was more comfortable thanks to their roofing and attic insulation services. Additionally, they completed a fantastic dryer vent and air duct service that removed years of hazardous accumulation. For all of these services, Lubbock homeowners should contact Chimney Repair.

I hired this company for a chimney inspection, and it was one of the most thorough services I’ve ever had. The technician used camera equipment to check every part of the flue and chimney structure. They explained their findings clearly, pointing out areas to monitor while reassuring me that everything was currently safe. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The inspection gave me peace of mind heading into the winter season. Reliable and trustworthy service!

This is absolutely the BEST result I have ever had from a carpet cleaning. I took pictures before and after of my carpets and the result was mind boggling! I also had my ceramic tile cleaned in my kitchen and utility room! Again! Phenomenal results. The tile hasn’t looked that good since thye day we got it! We challenged Seth at Zerorez with dirty, pet stained carpet and grimy tile and he surpassed our expectations with a fabulous result...and all that while being extremely professional and friendly.
We will definitely use Zerorez again!
Thumbs up on quality, value, responsiveness, and punctuality....Seth’s Zerorez is truly a 5 star experience!!

Josh did a great job. Carpets look great. Quick scheduling and right on time. Josh is very knowledgeable on flooring care and gave alot of good advice on how to protect your carpet. Thanks, will use again.

Our carpet is pretty old and it had gotten pretty dirty since I cleaned it last with my steam cleaner. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as polite and thoughtful. My carpet looks very clean and back to the original color. Definitely better than when I clean it myself. I got the protectant put on it, so hopefully it stay pretty for a good while.

Amazing service! No detergents or shampoo is the only option for my children! There’s no one else in Lubbock that can do what these guys do! My couch feels brand new, floors are immaculate, and Zero Residue! Absolutely incredible!

Arrived on time, very efficient and very professional. Unfortunately our puppy had an accident so Zerorez made it a priority to come out and clean up really quickly! It also is great to know that no harsh chemicals are used! We will 100% use them again if needed. Thank you!

Zeroez never lets us down! Their formula doesn’t leave carpets smelling like wet rags—even during humid weather! Our carpets and rugs look GREAT! They were professional, on time, and are reasonably priced. Will continue to book them for our rug and carpet maintenance!

Seth was beyond friendly and professional. My couch, rug and carpet have never looked or smelled so clean and fresh! We have an 8 year old little furbaby who does not take to people and even he loved Seth! Great work! Highly recommend!!

The young man Seth thoroughly explained all the different options that I had available to me. Our carpet looks brand new and the house smells amazing. I highly recommend them definitely will use them again in the future. I am extremely happy with the outcome. 🙂

I have never left a review ever...but thought this company definitely deserves one. Seth was the guy that did our much over due carpets today. He really took his time and explained everything to us. There was no high pressured sales tactics, just the facts so we could choose what would be the best for our family. And he cleans and sanitized his equipment between houses and social distances during this quarantine. So.....this is a great time to have your carpets cleaned! Will definitely be using Zerorez again!

It was a pleasure to work with Josh, who is super professional and knows carpet cleaning, what works and what doesn’t. He literally got every pet stain out of our home and left it smelling fresh. Cleaning lasts months with occasional spot treatments using zerorez product. Highly recommended!

Seth was awesome! Highly recommend, he was super personable and did a great job cleaning and educating us about carpets. Can already tell a huge difference! Will definitely be giving him a call for any future carpet cleanings!

Joshua was congenial and explained each step thoroughly. When I added a chair to the four already done he showed flexibility to work it in. He arrived close to the agreed time and completed the work in 2 hours. The results are amazing. We’ve used this vendor before and also like how fast the carpets dry. I can put the house together again quickly. We will definitely be Zerorez customers again.

Jeremy showed a few minutes early and got right to work. The cleaning was excellent and I was extremely happy with his professionalism AND the quality & price. I highly recommend the company and am planning to use them soon for other jobs!!
