The 5 star rating goes to Christian Navarro. He is by far a very hard worker and truth be told he is like family to me, I just adore him. The issues we have had is being taken care of by Stay Cool. At least it seems to be. The company’s customer service is truly outstanding, the company it’s self has a few hiccups that I feel Stay Cool is working hard to change and correct. I still will always call them first, they will work with you. I have faith that they will do better.
