I called Elite after our refrigerator stopped cooling. Eric came out the same day and was able to diagnose the issue. Gave us honest advise and we were able to get LG to cover parts under warranty. After receiving parts, Eric came back out and got our refrigerator back up and running. I would recommend calling Elite Appliance Repair for all your appliance repair needs.

Our fridge went out yesterday after hours- I called right at open at 8am and he said he would be here between 10-12 and was here by 10:15am. It required a new control board and he had it up and running by 2:30pm which included having to drive to the warehouse to get the new part. Very honest, nice and very professional- will absolutely use again and will recommend to friends and family!

Eric was awesome. I would highly recommend him. He did an excellent job finding out why my dishwasher was not working. He has been repairing appliance for 10 years and just started his own business about a year ago. He does repairs on Saturday if you need it. If you are in need of an appliance repair I would definately give him a call.

Eric answered my call on a Monday morning & was here to check out a leak in our extra fridge that same am. Unfortunately it was too expensive to repair. I was charged a service fee that was reasonable. In addition he also politely answered all of my questions and took time to explain options about a friend’s ice maker issues. I just appreciated his professional appearance & attitude. I will definitely call him if I have any other problems.
