What started as a 2-day, 1,000 sqft project quickly expanded to 1,400 sqft last minute, and they handled it seamlessly. The crew was efficient, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable about concrete. The job was completed cleanly and quickly, exceeding my expectations.

I had sinking holes in my yard and a fence that was falling. Noe and his business partner came the next day for an estimate. I had a previous estimate done with another company so I was comparing cost and everything else.

Roma construction did a thorough assessment and were honest enough to tell me what the problem was. It was a retaining wall which the other company did not mention. They said you need to contact your insurance and the city to see who will take responsibility. He then went on and made an entire report along with the estimate outlining the problem which took alot of though.

Noe said we may not get the job but I want you to be aware that this may be something the city needs to take responsibility for. He was so honest and transparent. They could of just told me they would fill the holes and take my money as the other company was willing to do but they did the right thing. I was praying for Angels and these guys showed up as my angels to protect my interest.

I would refer them to anyone, as their work ethic and integrity was displayed with their actions.

In a world where most contractors cut corners and don’t communicate, Noe was a breath of fresh air. He communicated effectively the entire project, and we were never left wondering. When we changed our minds (1000 different times…) he was never frustrated, he just said “No Problem” and got it done. The job was done on time and he never changed his original quote, unless we added something. I could keep on going but if you want more just give me a call, Noe has my number.

They don't do what they promise and don't communicate well I wait several weeks for them to complete the work and still it's not complete correct and now no one is responding to my calls they took my fence down and will not put it back correctly now I have lift up the gate to get close damaged my yard and didn't fix it as promise ɓy them several times had several times call and they couldn't not come and send worker to do the job correctly damaged 2 of my storage shed was planning to have them some other work for me but they way they took advantage of me I'm very uncomfortable I pay them up front they came and work when they want too and kept putting off telling they are so busy I deserve to but treated fare I feel like they took advantage because I am single ,disabled

Noe and Diego are two of the absolute worst people I’ve ever dealt with in the construction industry.
I would caution anyone using these guys for their residential work.
They say on their website that they have contracts with the department of transportation, and if that’s the case, then our state of Texas really needs to look hard at the contract with these people
