I recently bought a house in Magnolia, TX, and the electrical work was a mess. As the daughter of an architect, I know when something doesn’t look right, and the spaghetti-like wiring was a big red flag even before we bought the house. We knew it would need some serious work, so I called the first big company for an inspection, and they didn’t pass with flying colors. They seemed more focused on charging high prices than actually making my home safe, and I wasn’t confident they fully understood what they were doing.

That’s when I called Mark at Logo Electrical. After walking the property and asking him a ton of questions, it was clear that Mark was the professional we were looking for. He was on time, professional, and most importantly, 100% knowledgeable about electricity. The house needed a lot of investigation (which Mark didn’t charge me for, even though he definitely should have!) to figure out what was even in place before we could plan the repairs. He identified issues I hadn’t noticed and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed.

What I really appreciated was Mark’s approach. He didn’t just care about getting the job done within my budget—he genuinely cared about what would make the house safe and functional now, and what I’d need in the future. He even took the time to figure out how we could get everything done in stages, so it wouldn’t break the bank. The shed ended up needing more work than we thought, but Mark stuck to the original quote and never tried to charge me more. He gave me things to think about without ever making me feel pressured.

Logo Electric installed a generator receptacle, soft starter, and whole home surge protector. I originally contacted logo for a quote regarding just the outdoor receptacle for my portable generator and the soft starter to pair with my AC unit. But after a friendly conversation with the owner, which is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about this field, he mentioned about a whole home surge protection; which I was sold on. The day of installation was on time, construction was straight forward and he even stayed to guarantee that all worked with my generator. I do recommend this company and would use them again.

Logo Electrical were great in installing an inlet and interlock hook-up to my house for a portable generator. They were quick to respond, gave a reasonable price, and the work was done within 24 hrs. Mark was very knowledgable and gave a lot of advice on the right generator for my needs. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a portable generator installed at my house in the event we lost power this hurricane season. I called a few places and got a range of prices and different ways to hook up the equipment, non of which I was a fan of. The issue was, I have my gas line and electrical box on opposite sides of my house and we are in a neighborhood with very wide lots. Some other companies suggested running a gas line up and across the attic and other said to do that with the electrical. I called LOGO on a Sunday thinking I would just leave a message but no. Mark answered and asked a ton of questions of exactly what I was looking to do. Very detailed. Mark came out the very next day, Monday. Asked even more questions, which wasn’t done by the other companies that came out. Mark was very thorough and walked property a few times. Mark spotted a money saving solution by taping into the gas line off of the tankless water heater in the attic above the garage located on the side of the house with the electrical. Genius! A day later I received a quote to do all of the work and then some. Angel came out a few days later and installed everything with the help of a 3rd party plumber that was fast and efficient. Angels explained Mark was the owner. I had no clue. Pretty awesome that the owner answered on a Sunday and came out the very next day! Once Angel finished he showed my wife and I individually how to hook up the portable generator to the house. Then Angel tested us and made us show him. Loved that. Made my wife confident she could do it if I was away. But the generator wouldn’t start. Angel diagnosed it and it had a bad battery. Luckily I have extras. Angel installed it for me and we were in business! Thank you Mark and Angel!

Mark has been providing electrical services to me for nearly 12 years. We have a really good relationship and I will never hesitate to use his services.

Circa 6/21/2024 - Logo replaced my outdoor ceiling fans with some new 84” fans. Very well done job. Isaac is the perfect addition to Mark’s team @ Logo Electric. They have been my go to provider for nearly 15 years.

I needed a 240V outlet moved down 16 inches so my induction stove could be pushed flush against the wall. Logo Electrical came out within an hour and gave me a reasonable estimate. An hour later, the job was complete. Isaac did a perfect job, even re-levelling the stove to hide the crack showing under the tile wall! The photo shows the careful splicing job he did to extend the electric cable. He even removed the natural gas pipe that was sticking out an inch (pre-removal in the photo).

Rather than go with a Generac type of home back up system, I decided to go the portable generator direction. I needed to add a 50 AMP connection to the house and Mark came to the rescue. He came on a Thursday and his crew (Isaac & Jorge) were done in about 2.5 hours on Saturday. I really appreciate someone that actually does what they say they will do. Mark is one of those rare individuals, and he helped me save thousands!

Angel came by today at the time he said he would and installed a new electrical outlet for me in my garage for my new freezer. He worked clean and efficiently. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. If I need more work done, I’ll be happy to call him back out.

I found Logo Electrical Services through a google search as my wife and I were looking for an electrician to hang a few antique chandeliers in our new home. These chandeliers have run in my wife's family for 2 generations and mean a great deal to her, thus I was selective about who I chose to handle them.

To say we were pleased with Mark would be an absolute understatement.. He does incredible work! His confidence put us at ease and his experience in the field is more than evident.

Before I found Mark, I got some quotes from other electricians who suggested making holes in the walls to run wires. Mark suggested a different technology which saved us the hassle of messing with the walls, which has be absolutely awesome.
