We are very pleased with the results of our new garage! From the first meeting we had with Mike to discuss what we wanted, through the design process and actual construction, the professionalism we experienced from everyone involved was outstanding. At every stage, we were consulted on how everything was going and if any changes were needed. They were the most responsive of all the companies we spoke with and their estimate was the most reasonable for our budget. We will definitely contact them for any further construction work we may have in the future!!

This is the second time we used this contractor. This time it was a total full bath remodel and a poured patio. The quality was good, they are easy to work with and the project came in on time and under budget. We highly recommend Sullivan Construction Company. Because of a positive first experience we did not hesitate to call for the bathroom. They seem to be able to accommodate any request. They are as stress free as remodeling can be.

First off I want to say thank you so much to Mike and Mike. They built me a two car garage/mancave and it is truly amazing. These guys have the best people working for them true professionals. From the dirt work guys, concrete guys, framers, the roofers, the electricians and the painters they are true craftsman. I've had contractors do stuff before and always had to have them come fix something they did or didn't do. Or just never come back at all. It's been about a month since they finished everything I've been waiting to right a review because I just knew I would find something wrong but I haven't. The next call they get from me will be to do a add on. I highly recommend these guys they are true professionals. Thanks again gentlemen!!!

This company and Mike (the owner) were very promising at the beginning. Our garage was demolished by a tree during Hurricane Beryl, so it was going to be a complete rebuild. My husband and I discussed adding a cover to our patio in addition to our garage rebuild. At the beginning it seemed as if they were not interested in the additional work and only wanted to do the garage. Once everything was discussed construction began. It was discussed that the attic ladder placement would be finalized at the time of install, so when it came time we told them where we wanted it. At the end they tried to charge us an additional fee for "moving" placement of the attic ladder. Disappointing. Then when the roof went up they did not install an attic vent, so it was brought to their attention. The project manager went back and forth with us on how that wasn't originally discussed in the plans. Frustrating. We also have a button inside the house that operates the garage door. I made sure to have the project manager take pictures so it wasn't forgotten, but it was several times. On the last day of the contract I was told that the inside garage button was connected, and to this day it still does not work. I feel like this company does, in a way, know what they are doing but they do not pay attention to details. Luckily I was home during this time or a lot of things would have been completed incorrectly.

Mike Sullivan and Mike H were incredibly professional, reliable and responsive. We underwent an unanticipated garage rebuild and additional repairs due to Hurricane Beryl damage. They immediately responded to our request for a quote and took proactive steps to prepare a detailed and accurate quote including communicating with the permit department and local engineering firm to ensure they included all the appropriate League City requirements, so there were no surprise expenses outside of their original quote. Their transperacy and empathy for our situation truly set them apart from other contractors. Their subcontractors did a incredible job and produced a quilty product. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

Sullivan did a great job and has stood behind their work when we had a couple of small things to take care of. Quality work and exceeded my expectations with the schedule.

Grateful to have partnered with Sullivan construction to build a 34’ x 30’ two story garage with finished upstairs and new driveway. Mike Sullivan and Mike Huetter are knowledgeable, professional, and operate with a high degree on integrity. Their Team of subcontractors are also first class. I was especially impressed how well they kept the project progressing, with a beautiful finished product.
