Our A/C suddenly stopped cooling and AHS declined to cover the repair expenses. I called a few companies and Cover HVAC fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. First, a technician (George) came to diagnose the problem and they only charged $89 for the diagnosis. Then a team of technicians (Mark and Cameron) replaced the evaporation coil that was leaking but the system didn’t perform at the desired level immediately. After my phone call, Jeremy (company owner) sent another technician (George) within 3 hours to fine tune the system. Now it’s working great. Well, I think I finally found an A/C company that I can rely on. Their service was very fast and accurate. And they are always very kind. I would definitely recommend.

We got estimates from 4 companies before purchasing our new A/C. Jeremy was by far the most knowledgeable, and his bid was detailed and fair. He was also able to solve an issue we had with cooling parts of our home. The install was painless, thanks to Jeremy and his great crew!

Had a new ac and furnance installed about 3 months ago. discovered my heat was not working. they came out and and found the problem inside 5 minutes. simply forgot to hook up a wire during installation. man also noticed that my thermostat needed to be rewired for it to talk properly to the new furnace. everthing working great now. Thanks cover hvac for you outstanding work.

Cover HVAC really came through! Having already spent a hot night when our AC quit cooling, they managed to work us into the schedule that day. Brian showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got us fixed up, tested the system and then waited a bit to make sure the house was cooling down. He even played with my dog while he waited (the dog loved him, by the way — that says something). Receipt was emailed immediately and Brian was on his way.

AC went out on the weekend. Jeremy had someone over within an hour. Turned out to be a piece of tree that had gotten into the fan blade. Tech removed it and did an excellent job getting it working again. Highly recommend this company!!

Great service. Always on time and a competitive price that was better than the other guy. Plus a lifetime warranty on the outside unit which the other guy did not offer. Cover HVAC always stands behind there work. I depend on them for our spring check up and anytime we might have an issue.

Mark was very polite, very professional and productive!! What more could you ask for! He did exactly what he was called out to do. His job ☺️ he will be back to replace 1 part. I highly recommend this company 👌 🙌 👏

TRUSTHWORTHY, THOROUGH, HONEST, COMPETENT. After already spending $250 on a capacitor that lasted 8 hours, I was told I needed a fan motor for $850. I found Cover HVAC on Google maps and they came out the next day. Mark was so thorough and tested multiple times for determining it was actually a relay switch.and for a trip charge I had AC after being out several days. They have earned my business from here on out!

Once again, as they always do, our AC unit went out at the most inconvenient time (almost midnight). Normally one would have a fit, not only because of the oven we've been in for months, but also because it's the weekend, and nothing good comes from an obnoxious AC unit on the weekend. No freakout ... especially when you have COVER HVAC standing by 24hrs a day for your problems. We contacted Jeremy at Cover,after returning from the hospital at almost 11:30 last night about the problem. We were responded to in less than 30min with our repair already scheduled for 7-9 am this morning! We knew the time, and the name of our technician coming out. We also received a message from our tech, advising us that he would contact us in the morning when he was on the way! Mark contacted us when he was about 10 min away from our house. He arrived well BEFORE the 9am deadline of our window, jumped on the job, with both feet and knocked out a complicated troubleshooting process in short order. As a retired HVAC contractor I was again extremely impressed with his knowledge, and his efforts to keep us informed of the entire process as he went along. The repair was completed in short order, with no attempt at any "up sale" of the job, or any unnecessary parts or labor. Cover remains our go-to AC company, they operate with "old school" customer service, and state of the art diagnostic ability. Do yourself a big favor and call Cover the next time you need quality service that you can TRUST! They more than exceeded our expectations, AGAIN!! I have used a number of companies over the years. These guys are fast, well trained, and courteous. They trouble shoot, not just parts changers. I found my A/C company!!

Absolutely outstanding service. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed well past what he had to in order to help solve our HVAC issue.

We’ve had several other people out and he was able to figure out why our secondary was draining more than our primary, even though our primary wasn’t blocked.

I cannot stress enough the relief it is to have good local contractors. Cover HVAC saved us when our unit went out 3 years ago got us up and running within a few days. Followed up for a tune up service and same day Tech was out here. Guy was professional offered great solutions. Quotes are fair, warranties are good. Will continue to do business as long as I am in the area.

Totally professional from the start. Had many other quotes and they were more expensive than some. We choose Cover because Jeremy first then his crew fill us with confidence that they would do not just a good job but a great job. Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Happy to have Cover for all our HVAC need for now and in the future. Finished the job and I am so completely satisfied.with their work. Just had them out for a check up on the system they put in and again nothing but professional and knowledgeable people.

Jeremy and his team at Cover HVAC have always done exceptional work on my rental properties. They are also prompt, courteous and the place is cleaner when they are finished. I highly recommend them for big and small projects.

Mark suggested using a filter in the attic which will fit better and save us having to replace it so often and we won’t have to put filters in the ceiling any more, which is a blessing as they are so high. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and expertise.

Best AC company I have used in 40 years of owning a home. Honest, professional, detail-oriented and very skilled. Unlike most companies who want to get done as fast as possible and do the minimum work to get paid, this company is very focused on getting every detail right and staying as long as necessary for a perfect result. I wouldn't use anyone else and neither should you :) This is the A-Team!

Very respectful team members and very trust worthy. They keep you updated if any other issues may come up on the job. They have always shown up on time any time that I’ve asked them to come out and do work on my units.

call Cover HVAC and have them investigate and make necessary repairs within just a matter of days. Kinda like having a good friend in the business.
