He was at my house within a hour and jumped right in on assessing the issue with my AC, he had me back up and running in no time and was also very detailed and educated me about what was going on. He gave me a step-by-step of what the situation was and what it would take to rectify the problem. It was refreshing not to feel like I was being pressured into doing something that wasn't necessary. Hyatt was able to diagnose and resolve my complicated a/c issue and had to come back to replace a few parts.
