Easy to understand and clear communication

New Image did extensive landscaping at our home in the spring of 2018. We paid them promptly in full. We were promised that they would replace any plants that died within the “season”. Five plants that were planted at the end of May died within two months. We have dated photos that show the dead plants. My husband has left TWO messages on their voicemail, one in early August and the second in late August. No one from New Image has returned the calls. On this basis I would not recommend New Image. I will be happy to post a follow-up review if New Image resolves this issue to our satisfaction.

We recently had a pool installed and needed to replace the rest of our yard with landscaping. Our pool contractor put us in touch with Russell from New Image. We interviewed and received quotes from 8 different landscape contractors but we decided pretty quickly that New Image had the best plan at the best price. It isn't often that we feel like we received more than what we paid for, but, in this case, we really did. These guys worked in the hot Texas sun for days. They were very professional and cleaned up and reinstalled our fence section every day. Russell was very flexible to accept changes as the job progressed. He has a real passion for making sure the work looks great and fits the space. In our case, this was a pretty large job as we replaced all of our grass with tropical landscaping and a retaining wall. I wholeheartedly recommend New Image Landscaping to anyone wanting a professional job at a very reasonable price.

We had to have three very large trees removed in our front yard as the were rotten inside. That left the front yard looking like a wasteland. Our son works for Marquis pools and recommended New Image to us. We had no idea what to do or where to start. Patty their designer came over and worked with me, or should I say walked me through everything. She came up with a beautiful design. They are very busy so it took a while for them to get started but once they did the were efficient and start to finish was 5 days. Their crew was hard working and very nice. We are so happy with the end result and our neighbor is having them do work for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Image.

After working on updating the pool, it was time to move on to redoing the landscaping. We sought out a few bids from various referrals from friends. New Image’s bid came in similar to another competitor and lower than two other bids. We ended up choosing them based upon two positive referrals and the beautiful work they did there.

Overall, very happy with the how everything turned out. Crews were on-site 8-5 every day and operated well. I got regular updates on progress and what decisions needed to be made and what to expect. The overall job took longer than they initially expected, but given the regular communication, not an issue.

They are old school in that the landscape drawing by Patty (designer) are hand drawn and not computer rendered, but not an issue. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Our friends have had a few plants die and they’ve been replaced as part of their 1-year warranty.

We were needing someone asap at our home. They came within an hour of my call. Took care of our problem quickly.

Their representative came to give me an estimate. He removed the insulating material and jammed it between the A/C unit and the brick wall, and on the ground beside the backflow valve. The estimate was too high and I declined. He left the the mess he had made. I''m 87 and don't get around well but I had to clean it up. Most unprofessional.
