WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. FIRST THEY SCHEDULE ME FOR A FRIDAY IN THE AFTERNOON FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEN THEY CALL THE NEXT DAY SAYING THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE that SOMEBODY WAS SCHEDULED FOR THAT DAY AND THAT PARTICULAR TIME.
THEY RESCHEDULE ME THEN FOR THE DAY BEFORE AT 3 45 PM, WHICH WAS A THURSDAY. I'M SITTING HOME ALL AFTERNOON WAITING FOR THEM. NOBODY SHOWS UP. I CALL THEM AND THEY SAY: I'M SORRY BUT YOU ARE NOT ON THE SCHEDULE FOR TODAY EITHER, I UNDERSTAND IF YOU WANT TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
REALLY? WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. COMPANY NOT ORGANIZED, DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO LOOK ELSEWHERE. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

What a great company and a fantastic experience we got from Travis during design and Rusty for installation. Also follow up for anything we needed after installation was on point.

Travis was hired to level 4000 square feet of pavers in January. His crew was unsupervised, they did not reinstall as we had agreed and they improperly applied the polymeric sand in the grout lines which resulted in a haze across all of the pavers. There is a way to clean the haze but Travis has been giving excuse after excuse on why he can’t get the product. His story is constantly changing. Don’t trust what he says or the quality of his work. #AnythingButPerfection #StayAway.

We have been so impressed with Outdoor Perfection Landscaping. The entire process has been seamless, with excellent communication, fair pricing, and beautiful quality. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Exceptional work, crew, and suggestions desperately needed for solving the drainage problem in our backyard. Extra drains were added, the gutters tied in as they should be and a gorgeous dry creek bed to top it all off.

Thank you Rusty and the whole team at Outdoor Perfection. I purchased a project home that required extensive yard and drainage work. The backyard was a complete swamp and the standing water was causing foundation settling issues. Our engineer told us we had to keep water away from the foundation after making foundation repairs. Outdoor perfection fully graded the backyard creating a swell drainage pattern, installed a new drain system to include french drain lines and catch basins, new sprinkler system, and new sod. Not a drop of water in my yard the next day after a heavy storm! I'm very pleased with their work & expertise. They have my highest recommendation.

Don't use Outdoor Perfection!!! Paid for $17,000+ of work. The patio was done well; however, they installed a sidewalk around the yard that was the same height as the patio. Didn't think much of it until it rained. Now, seven months later, we have a moat because they didn't create any drainage (and grass is dying). I hired a "professional company", so we would have experts; however, they aren't. We asked them to fix the drainage issue they created and even offered to pay for supplies. The owner said they would call. They didn't call. When I emailed them again, i was told they would give us a two hundred dollar discount (on a $1000 quote). In addition to this, the crew brought us the wrong plants (we gave them a layout with specific plants). No big deal, I corrected them, and i left for work. When I returned, They not only planted the wrong plants but most of the plants were planted in shallow holes. I do NOT recommend this company.
Post script: as can be seen by company’s response, they are difficult to work with and I still don’t recommend them. This alleged conversation with my husband happened three months after the work when I contacted them the first time with my concerns (bc water had pooled after storms). A quote was never sent, and I dropped it due to family illness, traveling and holidays. I recontacted them after the holidays. Also, my husband’s layout never specified height and is a flat out lie.

Outdoor Perfection is named correctly, although could include "Affordable". Travis and his team took a blank canvas and designed and installed a beautiful backyard for our new home in Spring TX.

Outdoor Perfection used their full compliment of services. Design and installation of pavers, fire pit, walkways, irrigation, flower beds, edging, mulch, and shrubs. They were timely affordable and Professional.

All questions were answered quickly and resolved professionally. If you have any landscaping needs I strongly suggest you call Travis and his team at Outdoor Perfection!

This is our 2nd year using Outdoor Perfection. Last March they completely landscaped our backyard that had nothing in it but a pool. Travis took our vision and made it a reality. We are so pleased with the hard work they put into the design and yard. This year, we were ready to add rock border to all the beds and have the beds cleaned out and re-mulched. We recently completed a landscape project in our very small backyard. Travis was very responsive to a plan we had in mind including plants that we wanted to be included. The project was completed in a timely manner at a competitive price. The crew installing the project did an excellent job in minimizing wear and tear on the remainder of the yard and following the plan. I am including before and after pictures of our yard.
