I was shopping around for the best quality and fair price for my gutters. After talking to Jean, he explained everything and made it a very simple process. Also I support our retired military, Jean is a Ex Marine and definitely carries those values.

But the biggest thing is the look and the the quality of the gutters. They're exactly what we discussed, and definitely are the right size for the heavy flow of water that comes off my roof. I've had problems in the past where they installed gutters that weren't big enough or didn't match the house correctly. These gutters are exactly what I needed to make the water around my foundation not puddle up, and they look great. I would say at least take a look at what they have to offer before you make a final decision. Thank you Jean for the help.

I was referred to Next Level because we needed to have some plumbing repairs that would create the need for tile repairs in the shower. There was only one bathroom in this home, and the tile was older and hard to match. Next level coordinated the repair immediately after the plumbing repair was done so that tenant could have use of the shower as quickly as possible. They matched the tile and it looked great.

Recently, I worked with my insurance broker to reevaluate opportunities for savings and a part of our process was to get a roof assessment from next level.

Candidly, I was reluctant, as getting cold calls in the past has not made this process appealing.

I cannot say enough good things about how the company handled approaching and working with me. They called when my insurance broker asked them to. The process to set a time was easy and professional.

Professionalism only went up tenfold when Paul called me in advance to let me know he was 15 minutes away, treated both myself and my home with utmost respect, clear communication, transparency and honesty.

Admittedly, the costs are on the higher end if you have connections with tradesmen. Though if efficiency and ease and quality is the highest priority. This is the way to go.

As someone who has been a sales professional for 12 years, I notice all of the ways that sales consultants do or do not show up in a helpful way. Paul was nothing but helpful, and he will be getting my call when needs arise.

We were extremely satisfied with Next Level Roofing: Paul came out, with his drone, to thoroughly investigate our roof for potential issues. Photos were taken as the drone was flying, and we saw, first hand, what work needed to be done to get our roof in good condition. An estimate was produced, and Paul encouraged us to take our time in making any decision. We actually decided, on the spot, to have the work done, and could not be more pleased. Vito and his crew came out the next day! Photos were taken of the completed work. Everyone was extremely professional and qualified. And they were all very nice, too! We can certainly recommend Next Level and will call on them for any roofing issues in the future.

WOW!! JUST WOW. Jonathan was honest about the condition of my roof. Told me I didn't need a new roof. Suggested some repairs. Provided a quote immediately. No hassle no pressure. Was able to get me scheduled immediately. Told me they'd be here between 8 and 9 the next morning. They were here at 8am. Vito, the project manager handled the guys with class. I can't recommend this company enough. I am sold on this company!! Great job guys! I for one am impressed!!! Very easy to work with!

Worked with Next Level Roofing and Remodeling on a water heater vent repair and through their inspection found a potential problem with my roof from a previous contractor where the nail did not go all the way through leaving an area for water to leak through. Bryan provided me options the same day and after researching the company and the work, I signed on to complete the work. They were on sight the next day early and ready to work. All repairs were done in about an hour and you could see no indications of repairs. Excellent work and would definitely use Next Level Roofing and Remodeling again for future work.

Next Level Roofing was referred to me by Bradbury Brothers Plumbing to address an opening around a water heater vent in my roof. They were very professional, responsive and provided a quality team to assess, prepare estimate, procure specialty singles from 60 miles away and completed the job the next day.

Vito was the leader of the team sent to complete the job. he and the team were friendly, explained the job and completed it in3 hours. Area was cleaned up and they even left spare shingles for any future job. I strongly recommend them for your roof repairs

Extreme tree service remove a large 70 foot pine tree In my front yard next to my garage and did a great job. They also removed the stump cleaned and we are happy with there services.

These guys did great! They were extremely punctual and had great communication. They were able to schedule a day to get my tree cut down just a few days after the quote. They showed up right at the time they said, not a minute past. They work very quickly. My back yard is extremely small, with 6 pine trees in it. They had no trouble cutting down the dead one. They had it down and cleaned up in under 2.5 hours! Would highly recommend!

No stars. Asked to get a bid for work on 2 acres of ground, I sent the plans and was waiting on a bid. After 3 weeks of no response, I called and he said the plans were encrypted so I sent them again and he acknowledged getting them. After another week I called and still nothing. He apparently had his feelings hurt when I asked why so long so he cancelled (which I was about to do to them). Don't waste your time.

Needed emergency culvert repair and Matthew and the crew were amazing! Their communication and service was so professional and kind. They even patched an area where we needed dirt for free. I highly recommend these gentlemen and we will forever be grateful for Dirtwirx!🙏

We had Dirtwirx fix a crumbling culvert at the end of my family’s driveway. They were professional, kind and their level of care for my family was unmatched. The quality of the work they did is by far 5 stars, but matched with the kindness of the people who we interacted with, I will recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough about this company and Bobby. I needed a project done on my bosses home and I called 8 different contractor companies and everyone said "no, sorry" Dirt Wirx and Bobby were the only company willing to come out to see what I needed and realized this job can be done it was not complicated. On the day of the service I met bobby and his crew out to the house and crew was professional did not rush the job. Were very cautious with the equipment and house. The job was done successfully. Bobby and his crew I thanked them for getting the job done and for coming out after everyone said no and sorry they were the only ones willing and gave me his time to come out. I appreciate that. The work they did do was great, however they never finished the job despite repeated reminders and attempts to contact them. They also came in $600 above out next quote.

M&J Professionals removed (2) very large pine trees from my front and backyard. Also removed dead limbs from another tree. They blew off the roofs and cleaned out the gutters, all within less than 3 hours for a reasonable price. I will used them again whenever I need tree service again.

They did a great job, were efficient, and cleaned up nicely when completed with our tall tree removal.

I had two 100 feet plus pine trees removed from my back yard in 2.5 hours. You would hear the chainsaw then a thud and someone was taking a section to the street. Very efficient system. I would recommend them anytime you need "tree" work done. Reasonably priced also.
