Roofing & Gutters reviews in Manchaca, Texas

Chris Smith and Driftwood Builders Roofing are a great choice if you want a high quality, professional and efficient roof inspection and installation. Chris conducted the most thorough inspections of the companies I contacted. He coordinated my project from beginning to end, was here for insurance adjusters, and was onsite to evaluate the progress of construction. His customer service skills are excellent and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I highly recommend Chris and his company for any roofing repairs you might need. I have replaced several roofs in Texas and Driftwood is a cut above the rest! They will get my business in the future.

Driftwood did a great job replacing our hail storm damaged roof and negotiating full reimbursement with our property insurance company

After the huge hailstorm earlier this year, I got quotes from five different companies. Sure the quotes were very similar but Chris from Driftwood came out, SHOWED me what the other roofing companies had done incorrectly in my neighborhood, AND for no cost at all fixed a slightly more than minor leak on my roof without me even committing to Driftwood for the final reroofing. They were fast and clean. Very glad I picked Driftwood.

I feel so good about my new roof. Driftwood Builders had come highly recommended and I soon found out why. Every step was clearly explained, both in Todd’s original presentation and in Christina’s follow up at scheduling. I knew just what to expect. The crew were on time and worked tirelessly, in spite of the 107 degree temps. I had also needed quite a bit of facia replaced and they took care of that, including the painting. They even agreed to remove old gutters. Jose really went above and beyond to get those extras done. I could not have asked for a better experience. The roof is beautiful, well done, and I love it.

Driftwood was great across the board, thought about another company but when they threw in a port a potty for the workers, that sold us. 5 of 5 stars in my opinion!!!

From my initial meeting with Driftwood Builders Roofing, Tom was very professional, answered every question, was great about guiding me through the entire process and very knowledgeable about the job. He later met with my insurance adjuster and helped get the ball rolling with my insurance claim approval process.

Christina was also very nice and helpful with scheduling. I was told it would be a one day job, and they completed my house roof replacement in one day as promised. Tom, did a follow up visit the next day… inspected the roof, made sure all nails left behind were picked up, and even trimmed some small tree branches over the house to prevent future damage to the shingles.

Overall, Tom and Driftwood were easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, showed care, and I would highly recommend their roofing service.

Highly recommend! The entire process was great. Todd came out to give me a quote, explained all the things and answered all my questions. No pushy sales tactics, really took the time. Received a competitive bid and ended up going with Driftwood Builders Roofing. Christina was amazing as well and kept me apprised of when materials would be delivered, crew showing up, etc. Then Jose and the crew did a fabulous job installing the new roof. Clean up was great as well, when they left the only evidence that they had ever been here was my pretty new roof. Very much recommend.

I love my new roof! A long time friend of mine recommended Driftwood Builders Roofing. I'm so glad she did. Tom Baker oversaw the job & helped me with some of the decision making. He was so pleasant and explained in detail how the entire project would play out. The work crew was amazing. Don't know how they removed old roof and put new one on so quickly...AND no trash, nails, etc. left behind! Very smooth and professional job all the way around!

Driftwood Builders were very punctual on coming for an estimate and equally efficient in the installation of my new roof from hail damage.

Todd was amazing and helped get our roof replacement covered by Allstate, even though our initial claim was denied!

The Driftwood Builders Roofing company has an exceptional team that made my experience wonderfully pleasant and stress free. From their team who assesses the damage to their Office Manager and installation crew, they were all respectful, resourceful, and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with my roof and their customer service. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The owner was very easy to work with and the team did a great job With installation and cleanup. Would definitely use Driftwood again.

Best roofing company! Todd, the owner himself, came out to look at our roof. The crew was fast, polite and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. They even made filing with the insurance company a breeze.

Chris S. was the project manager who worked on replacing our old roof with a new roof in May 2024. Chris and his team worked tirelessly and did a very good job. They removed the leftover material and cleaned the area thoroughly.

It is almost a year now since our roof was replaced and our roof is as good as new; the recent strong wind did not affect the shingles at all. Chris came out and checked our roof after the recent wind storms. Chris is always responsive when we have some questions and he is very knowledgeable in his job.

Nathan made a fantastic metal roof happen for us. The first mark of excellence with Driftwood Builders is their obvious respect for their employees. The metal crew were professional and knowledgeable, and everyone was kind to each other! My 50 year old roof needed some structural improvements with the rafters, and they quickly rebuilt the corner of my collapsing roof without any damage to the fascia or siding. The crew also replaced all of the wood on an old free standing porch before they installed the metal roof. They transformed that rotting roof into a beautiful outdoor space! Nathan also coordinated with their gutter subcontractors to install matching galvanized aluminum gutters. Everything is beautiful! I really trust this company!

You know what's stressful, someone telling you that your roof is in sad shape right as you're about to list your house for sale.

Turns out, that if you call Todd and team, it's really, really easy to get your roof replaced. Todd worked quickly and efficiently to get our house a new roof. The team was courteous, clean and the quality shows.

Todd met our insurance adjuster and helped walked us through the process of getting the roof replaced and explained every detail along the way. He comes onsite with multiple color and trim options and helps you choose options most suitable for your home. The process was very easy and we're very happy with the end results.

Thankfully our neighbor had Todd's card and passed it along to us in our time of need. Now I have a couple of his cards as well and will most definitely recommend his company to anyone that needs their roof replaced or checked.

I recently hired Driftwood Builders for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! From the very first consultation, it was clear that Todd was a true professional. He took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice on the best options for my home.
The work was completed in just one day, which was incredibly impressive! His team was punctual, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took great care to ensure that everything was done perfectly, and they left the site clean afterward.
I highly recommend Driftwood Builders to anyone in need of roofing services.
Thank you, Todd and team, for a job well done!

Tom Baker came out and fixed my small repair. He did an inspection of my roof. I highly recommend Driftwood Roofing!

Driftwood Builders Roofing is the way to go if you need to replace your roof! My roof was replaced on Oct 2024 by this reliable company ! Nathan gave me a thorough detail on the project and even work with my insurance inspection and billing . Nathan really helped me in saving a lot of money from other roofing companies. He is professional, very patient & flexible on my schedule. Their price is very competitive and reasonable with no hidden fees !! The hard working crew set up their stuff the night before the actual date and started working at the crack of dawn. They are quality roofers , arrived with a dumpster, put down tarps and they leave enough time to carefully clean my property! I am very happy and satisfied with the service! If you are looking for a reputable roofing company, I highly recommend Driftwood Builders Roofing.

Todd and his company Driftwood builders are amazing! He recently replaced my roof and it came out great. From the get go Todd was informative, responsive, and respectful. He made sure I had a good understanding of the process (this was my first time replacing my roof) and he even came out and met with insurance adjuster to make sure I was getting the right coverage. From there he hit the timelines we discussed and stayed within the initial quote he gave me. He followed up during and after the job to make sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. He lives in my neighborhood and almost all of my neighbors have used him as well. I see him all the time at different job sites to make sure my neighbors are getting the same experience I did. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Driftwood Builders after a hailstorm took out our aging roof. We had a low-stress meeting with Todd, during which he asked questions about what we were looking for, laid out options for materials and accessories, and patiently answered our questions as we made decisions about how we’d like to proceed. He also coordinated with us on insurance matters and made sure that he was available on-site when our insurance adjuster arrived for a post-storm inspection. The process was very transparent from start to finish, with no surprises. The actual roof replacement went smoothly — the crew members were courteous and hard-working, and the clean-up afterward was excellent. We’ve been very pleased with the outcome and have not hesitated to recommend Todd and Driftwood to others.
