Dalton is a very professional and experienced A/C technician. 10/10 would recommend.

We have used Coolmasters for at least ten years and always found them to be reliable and honest.

My AC died on a Friday nite. Tom was able to visit the next day, off hours, and fix my unit quickly. With 100+degrees days, it was a godsend.

Although I had to pay way too much because it was aferhours (I do think $300.00 extra is a little much, the service priver was amazing. Dalton Moore was friendly and handled the situation quickly and with empathy. 5 stars for this young man.

Coolmasters is the best! Came out right away and fixed our broken AC unit when it was so hot outside.

Dalton is usually our tech & always courteous & explains what he will do, gives estimate before beginning, & shows pics of completed job.

Always exceedingly professional, on time for appointments, responsive to the customer's needs, and providing high quality work for a good value. I always ask for service by the same Coolmasters technician when available.

Dalton was professional and helpful, have a follow service scheduled which based on the current experience I'm sure will be the solution to my problem. Looking forward to it!

Edit: Had a follow up and still an amazing experience, I will have to replace my AC and when I do I will be using this company!

Brian and his excellent staff of technicians did a change out at my residence on an inadequate and aging system. New ductwork, adding another return and putting in smart thermostats. Certainly wasn't a swap and dash job. They met or exceeded our expectations through the entire process.
They also installed two separate mini split ductless systems on two of our shop buildings.
A very thorough and professional company, to say the least.
