We noticed a strange smoke smell creeping back into the house and knew we had to act fast. They came out the same day, found a blockage in the flue, and cleared it up for us. Grateful for how quickly they handled everything over here in Manor.

So, I had water leaking down my chimney and into the firebox (not ideal). Found CleanBurn through Google, and they quickly spotted a flashing issue and fixed it up. No more water stains to worry about over here in Manor.

Update 3.27.26 - We had Arthur back out to service our AC for the summer. Once again, he did a great job! He even found that our water heater has a leak and alerted me to find a plumber asap.

Update 12.5.25 - We had Arthur back to tune-up our furnace for the winter. Once again, great service. He is so personable too. Now I can highly recommend for furnace work too!

Arthur with ATX did an excellent job on repairing our AC in this 100 degree weather. He was kind, knowledgeable and took time to explain what we needed in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend him if you need any AC work done.
