Constraction reviews in Mansfield, Texas

I would never do business with this company ever again strictly based off the woman with the attitude who answers the phone and puts in order. Shelly Miller is bad for business. If you are ever looking at a home check to see if this place is the builder because if so you will have very nice contractors but Shelly does not follow up with you about any work requests you put in, then when you call to follow up she will have an attitude as if you are bothering her and not to mention the amnesia she catches when she doesn't want to look into something for you, but I guarantee you she will have no problem telling you that your warranty has expired or is about to expire she can see all of that very clearly, so only when it comes to work orders does she forget what went wrong and who THEY sent out so make sure you have that information ready when you call her if you can get past all the huffing and puffing. They gave us a year warranty on a new build and everything was fine UNTIL we needed to use it now all we get is attitude and sassiness.

Lessley was great! After 5 minutes of talking to her it felt like we’d been friends for years! She answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process of purchasing a tiny home!

Arrived during "business hours" and the gate was closed and locked. After waiting with another group in the building that adjacent for about 10-15 minutes, ringing the bells, and SEEING AND HEARING people laugh and joke behind the counter, we were FINALLY told that the building isn't opened at all on Wednesdays. Huge waste of time, we'll happily go elsewhere.

Almost ever unit had their AC on, so it was nice to check out the different units. The lady onsite was very nice and helpful with my questions.

nice homes. about 10 models to walk through.
if your in the market for a tiny home definitely give them a look.

Lessley was great! Answered ALL my questions and allowed me to walk all the models by myself. Lots to choose from and many more online. If you are thinking Tiny, go by and say Hi to the girls!

Lance Parker hung some doors for me and did an outstanding job!

He works hard, does a good job and doesn't charge too much. I've used him many times and have always had good results

Lance is great and can do so much! I highly recommend and will be using him again!

From start to finish there was excellent communication, never a problem reaching them. Thank you 1908! So happy!

This company is amazing everything they've done for me has been top-notch and in a very timely manner they always are very helpful and they clean up after themselves never leaving a mess behind I would highly recommend this company

Utilized 1908 builders about 3 times in the last six Months for outdoor electrical work, indoor refurbishing and some slight remodel projects. They’ve been very transparent about pricing, open and honest about the length of projects, cost of materials and just extremely nice. I highly recommend them and plan on supporting this business with more projects.

Lance and his team are great to work with.High quality craftsmanship and great communication. Will definitely work with them again!

We had a flood in our bathroom. Dealing with insurance can be stressful and time consuming but Lance got it done. Back to new again! We’ll be using them again for projects this summer and any future needs, thanks!

1908 Builders have a very quick and thorough bid turnaround process and are competitive in the commercial finish-out space. Lance is responsive and respectful with both me and my clients. I look forward to working on many projects with their team!

very friendly and knowledgeable.

Calidad y experiencia en su trabajo lo dise todo ... total mente recomendado 👌

Excelente servicio, recomendado.
No se arrepentirán de contratarles.

Bernardo and his crew were awesome. Very skilled professionals and also very courteous. They went above and beyond what we expected and were competitively priced. We will certainly use Aleman painting for any future projects.

Amazing!

Great people to work with, professionally done work and clean up.
