My overall experience with Cool Hand Electric was very positive. For the initial inspection and report, Shilo was timely, courteous, and thorough. He made sure my husband and I understood our options. On the day of the service, Shilo and Patrick completed the task with the utmost professionalism.

I recently had to have an electrical issue quickly resolved so I called Coolhand Electric, and had the pleasure of meeting their technician, Jonathan Firm. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the work skillfully and efficiently.

Not only did he solve the issue I was facing, but he also took the time to inspect other areas to make sure it all worked together. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions.

I will definitely be reaching out again for future electrical needs!

Tory and Daniel came today to swap out a fan and two entry way chandeliers. They also installed 3 new fans. They were professional and friendly from the moment they arrived until they left. They assembled, installed and cleaned up after they were done. They paid attention to detail, collaborated together on some challenging aspects of the install and were positive the whole time. I will actually request them in the future when I have more needs. Great job!

Professional evaluation of my homes electrical status (breaker box, wiring, etc ) was both thorough and exceptional. Shiloh did a fantastic job providing several options to meet our electrical needs. From the first person you talk to at Cool Hand til the job is complete you will feel confident that you made the right choice by placing your home in their care. Great staff and great technicians! They treat you like family, and you can take that to the bank!!

Always appreciate the service and quality Cool Hands provides. Miguel and Shiloh where my technicians this time and they did a great job. Also got my kitchen dome lights replaced by them which was a great suprise and boon because I was dreading doing it myself.

Shiloh was punctual and professional. He explained the potential aging equipment issues, plus the history of when and why residential codes have changed over the many years since our house was built. Bella and Rebecca were both helpful scheduling our appointment since I had to reschedule and pointing out that we had not had an Electrical Service Evaluation this year with our annual contract. Their work with our kitchen remodel was excellent so if we need more work or maintenance done, I will be calling on them.

Fantastic process and service from start to finish. Bella was phenomenal getting everything set up and reaching out beforehand. Shiloh was so great getting everything inspected and completing the work in a timely manner. Would definitely use Cool Hand again for future projects and work around our home!

They did an outstanding, efficient job of replacing my electrical panel and updating several outlets, and couldn’t have been more kind and friendly in the process. Their work was thorough, with great communication throughout. I very highly recommend them and Cool Hand Electric!!

Jonathan Firm provided fantastic, professional service. Jonathan was very knowledgeable giving us options from basic to premium work in addition to payment options. He explained each step and answered all our questions. He and Miguel Rosas worked very hard to complete the job quickly. I could tell they both took pride in their work. They were very neat and tidy. I had an electrician come to my home for a safety evaluation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection, taking the time to carefully explain everything he was checking and why it mattered. I recently needed to have my high ceiling light bulbs changed so I put in a service request through Home Depot. Luckily, Bella, from Cool Hand Electric reached out the following day and was actually able to squeeze my job in the very next day! Bella graciously worked with my schedule and was able to get Shiloh out to complete the work. Bella and Shiloh were extremely personable and professional. I would use them again for any of my electrical needs.

I emailed late Monday to request an estimate from Cool Hand Electric on an EV plug install. I received a call that evening about my inquiry and they were able to get an electrician (Shiloh) out first thing the next morning, even with the cold weather.

Shiloh was the consummate professional, explaining different options I could have with my setup and even noticed that my breaker box was one of the brands potentially on recall. He validated that my box was good and walked me through different price points for the services he could provide.

He answered all my questions and suggestions and kept me inform in the latest in electrical code for my property. After selecting the way forward, he was thorough in his work and completed it in rapid manner at an affordable price! Definitely recommend Shiloh and Cool Hand again!
