General Contractor reviews in Mansfield, Texas

Dan McClure is one of the finest business men I know. His company not only provides quality work, but his character is unquestionable. He did a great deal of work at my home & everything was top notch!

Dan is the epitome of professional. He will guide you through your home remodeling projects from start to finish. He and his employees are professionally trained, a NARI Certified Remodeler and registered with Texas Residential Construction Commission. He's the real deal that will add quality and beauty to your home.

Excellent craftsmanship. Easy to work with. Left site immaculate.

Dan is the Man! I had my shower replaced and contacted Qualico for an estimate after receiving a different estimate. He came in at least $4K cheaper than the first contractor and did more. Dan provided a contract and began the work. He is very professional, responsive, on time and his guys do good work! There was an issue with the mortar getting in the peatrap and clogging the drain, but Dan did not abandon the job! He made sure his guys came to fix the issue before the shower glass installation. He showed up today and gave me a gift card for the trouble! He also told me to let him know if any other issues come up. In a world where good contractors are hard to find, Dan was an angel in disquise! I hear way to many horror stories of people getting ripped off by contractors and he has earned my trust forever! I will definitely be calling him again for all my remodeling needs! He even said he will be sending me something for Christmas 🎄...Top Notch Trophy 🏆

If you have some remodeling projects you want done without the stress of wondering if you will be ripped off, taken advantage of, or incomplete work. I recommend you call Dan w/Qualico!!!!!

We have known the good people at Qualico for over 10 years. Dan and his team have never disappointed us. We have asked them to complete electrical work at our home, carpentry, painting jobs inside and out, landscaping and tree trimming. The contractors recommended are always top notch. We have always been charged a fair rate for the work, the work is always completed in a timely, professional manner, and the workers are always trustworthy beyond measure. We would recommend Qualico to anyone who might need a contractor for work of any kind around the home.

Qualico is wonderful and I use them every time I need work done in my house.

Our house was painted from top to bottom, including all closets and doors, and the results were flawless. The team was timely, professional, and finished a full week earlier than expected.

Have had them do excellent work for us. From cabinets, to painting, and other work. All was professionally done and in a timely manner. Easy to work with, reliable, prompt and always listens.

We have used the services of Qualico Inc more than a dozen times over the past 20+ years and have never been anything but totally satisfied. They are always prompt, professional, and thorough. I will never use another company that provides the same services that Qualico provides.

Lance Parker hung some doors for me and did an outstanding job!

He works hard, does a good job and doesn't charge too much. I've used him many times and have always had good results

Lance is great and can do so much! I highly recommend and will be using him again!

Utilized 1908 builders about 3 times in the last six Months for outdoor electrical work, indoor refurbishing and some slight remodel projects. They’ve been very transparent about pricing, open and honest about the length of projects, cost of materials and just extremely nice. I highly recommend them and plan on supporting this business with more projects.

Lance and his team are great to work with.High quality craftsmanship and great communication. Will definitely work with them again!

We had a flood in our bathroom. Dealing with insurance can be stressful and time consuming but Lance got it done. Back to new again! We’ll be using them again for projects this summer and any future needs, thanks!

1908 Builders have a very quick and thorough bid turnaround process and are competitive in the commercial finish-out space. Lance is responsive and respectful with both me and my clients. I look forward to working on many projects with their team!

Great service and people would always recommend

Joe and Martin were Amazing Workers. They did great work. Highly recommend!
