Our dryer had a musty odor. Charlie came took photos to show us the lint problem. In about an hour he cleaned everything from the inside of the dryer to the outlet outside. He was very professional, knowledgeable and met our needs. Highly recommend!

I contacted Home Safe Dryer Vent for a problem with my Dryer getting too hot and a burning smell. They promptly gave me an appointment as they understood the urgency and my concern over safety in running the dryer. Justin called ahead, arrived right at the time he said and listened to my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained to me thoroughly what he would inspect, took photos, provided me all the details of his findings and provided me with options to address my problem. Justin replaced my vent on my roof as to have the proper one that is to code, along with the hose that connects my dryer to the pipe to vent out. I also learned a great deal about what dryers and washers - the proper venting, cleaning, use of soaps and softeners, and to definitely not use dryer sheets. I am beyond pleased with Home Safe. HomeSafe came out and looked at my dryer and ventilation system. Saw multiple areas that needed to be addressed and recommended multiple options. Weren’t pushy and trying to sell something not needed. They were very thorough throughout each step in keeping me informed. They cleaned out exhaust vent and placed new duct work on the back of the dryer/wall. Would definitely recommend.

Justin came today to look at my dryer vent because a few years ago someone else from Home Safe had left me magnet saying to call them October 12, 2024. He cleaned the vent, behind the dryer, the line outside, everything. He also replaced the lines to my washing machine which I had no idea needed to be looked at. Super professional and personable!
As you can see, there is not much room to work in. Technician came today to hook up dryer hose that had been left undone by the packing company that moved everything out for new flooring to be installed. I didn’t get his name, but he was great!

Very happy with the vent work and cleaning Homesafe performed for my dryer system. Justin described the work he thought would be necessary and gave me a price before any work was performed. Had no idea that the dryer installers from 2015 had done such a poor job. The dryer was vented into the attic and not outside the house. Justin made everything safe and fully functional. Cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and he also made sure that everything was left clean and dust free. Great work! Highly recommend Homesafe for everyone.

We had struggled with being able to dry our clothes properly for what seemed like an eternity. We went through struggle after struggle thinking two different dryers were bad. Turns out, we had about 30 years of lint buildup in our dryer vent. On top of that, the dryer vent exhaust hood was actually a bathroom vent hood. Totally the wrong hood was installed initially. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and how he needed to go about fixing it. This fix was slightly expensive but, again, it was decades of buildup and wrong hood installation not allowing the correct air to move through and out of the vent. In the end, it was very worth the price and we will definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks Charlie, you’re amazing!!
