We were with Mansfield plumbing for about two years paying monthly. We kept having the same issue with our air conditioning system shutting off. Every time they came they had a quote for something new to add to the system which had nothing to do with the issue we were having. In April one of their techs came to check our system and he dropped a gasket to the Freon cap causing the Freon to fully leak out. Our system stopped cooling so we had to call them out again a few days later. The same tech came and he realized his mistake from his last visit. He spoke to a manager and he was given the okay to fill up the Freon at no cost due to his mistake. We called them out again in June due to our system shutting off. They sent the same tech from April’s visit. He said he needed to see if the drain was clogged in the attic. He tried to clear the line by leaving the water faucet on in the restroom where the system drains to. He then tried to clear the line which then caused flooding because it forced water out from the pipes under the sink. There was water all under my sink causing damage to the wood. He left water all over the floor. He did not say anything when he left. He just told me that everything was running fine after clearing the line. When he left I saw the huge mess he left. We called Mansfield Plumbing and they didn’t seem to really care about the damage. We just ended up cancelling our service. In September we had a different company come and make sure our system was running fine and they told us that we needed Freon. They checked for a leak but there was no leak. All I can think of is that Mansfield Plumbing did not fill up the system all the way. All their mistakes cost us a lot of money in repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our technician Ryan was great. He fixed the problem right away. Ryan also double checked his work to make sure it was correct. He was also friendly and had a great attitude.
