I purchased a two-year old tiny house from a family member that was purchased here. I called every week for over a month trying to get assistance in replacing broken cabinets and windows, but this company never returned my calls. If I spoke with someone, they led me to believe they would assist me, but they have not. I love the house, but this company's customer service after a sale must not matter. Disappointed.

Great staff, amazing designs, good package price point. Went around their model year turnover where they had some discounts. Noticed between 70-105k for some great shaped tiny houses! Split air, tiny appliances, thoughtful lofts

Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment to look at some of their products. It took us over an hour one way just to get there. The lady in the office couldn’t answer even one question that we had. Being disabled makes it har to move around. So we had to keep going in to ask questions and she never moved from her chair. Just sat there saying, you will have to ask the driver and batting her very thick fake eyelashes. No recommendations from us.

I would never do business with this company ever again strictly based off the woman with the attitude who answers the phone and puts in order. Shelly Miller is bad for business. If you are ever looking at a home check to see if this place is the builder because if so you will have very nice contractors but Shelly does not follow up with you about any work requests you put in, then when you call to follow up she will have an attitude as if you are bothering her and not to mention the amnesia she catches when she doesn't want to look into something for you, but I guarantee you she will have no problem telling you that your warranty has expired or is about to expire she can see all of that very clearly, so only when it comes to work orders does she forget what went wrong and who THEY sent out so make sure you have that information ready when you call her if you can get past all the huffing and puffing. They gave us a year warranty on a new build and everything was fine UNTIL we needed to use it now all we get is attitude and sassiness.

Lessley was great! After 5 minutes of talking to her it felt like we’d been friends for years! She answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process of purchasing a tiny home!

Arrived during "business hours" and the gate was closed and locked. After waiting with another group in the building that adjacent for about 10-15 minutes, ringing the bells, and SEEING AND HEARING people laugh and joke behind the counter, we were FINALLY told that the building isn't opened at all on Wednesdays. Huge waste of time, we'll happily go elsewhere.

Almost ever unit had their AC on, so it was nice to check out the different units. The lady onsite was very nice and helpful with my questions.

Lessley was great! Answered ALL my questions and allowed me to walk all the models by myself. Lots to choose from and many more online. If you are thinking Tiny, go by and say Hi to the girls!

The owner is sending my family harassing and bullying messages because I called them out on their sketchy and dishonest practices. They are liars and I would be VERY leery in doing any business with them.
