Servpro of South Arlington did an outstanding job when our water heater flooded the back of our house. They came in got all the water up, tore out all the wood flooring, removed it from the house, and they were done in less than 2 hours. The drying equipment they used was top-notch. They were totally professional, I will use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

This team is professional and they are absolutely the nicest people. We called them when a pipe broke and flooded our downstairs, Nathan and his team were here in minutes and quickly had a plan in place to get our home back to normal. It was extremely stressful to have this happen in our home but the compassion and expertise this team has made all the difference. The follow up and care along the way is 5 star. I never had to call they were already on the way to check in. I hope you never need this service but if you do this is who you call.

We experienced a house fire in mid July of this year which took a major portion of the attic and a big portion of our garage. It's been quite an experience that I wish nobody ever has to deal with. DeWayne came out a day or 2 after the fire and walked us through the entire process moving forward in cleaning and beginning with the restoration process. He was very descriptive and helpful and so were the rest of the Servepro associates that were assisting along the process. DeWayne was very responsive with any questions we had regarding the details of the process, and with any assistance he could provide throughout this restoration. I would recommend reaching out to South Arlington Servepro as they will definitely walk you through the process and next steps including other work that does not entail their scope of work. It can be a very overwhelming process during a house fire and the restoration, so having someone willing to walk you through the process is very helpful during this unfortunate event.

Our business was partially flooded in October 2024 and Servepro of South Arlington/North Arlington/Grand Prairie saved the day! As depressing as it all was, we are "looking forward" to our next flood just so we can experience their awesome service again. Servepro worked with our staff to take care of the building's needs while still allowing us to stay open and operational. Thank you to Nicole and Nathan and the entire team.

I'll try to be brief in saying that I would not recommended SERVPRO to anyone seeking a company to perform water restoration or remodeling. They were recommended by our insurance adjuster at StateFarm since this was a water damage claim after a slab leak. There was little to no accountability for subcontractors performing the work. The quote was written for almost $60K; new floors, new carpet, new paint, etc. Yet, at the time I was told the work would be completed before Thanksgiving (I visited my house almost daily during the remodel), I estimated almost $17K in work that was quoted that was not performed. Cabinets were not repaired as quoted, walls were not repainted as quoted, trim was not replaced as quoted. Almost 30 days later (just before Christmas) and after multiple calls and texts, the work still wasn't quite finished. When SERVRPO asked for final payment, I asked them to first complete the work. Their response was "we can't schedule the return of your belongings until final payment is made." Hence, they were asking me to be accountable for the payment, but they weren't taking accountability for the work not being finished. After agreeing to withhold the final $1000 in good faith, our belongings were moved back into our house only to find that almost no care was given to our things. We had one 5' x 7' rug, and three of my wife's winter coats stuffed into boxes, not rolled, not hung or folded. The boxes for a two-story, 5 bedroom house, were mislabeled and the movers had no choice but to stack the majority of them downstairs. This was an extremely frustrating situation to begin with in being displaced from our home for three months. With SERVPRO, the experience was even worse. Had I not been the one to check on the daily progress, check video cameras at our house, and review the detailed quote line-by-line, I truly believe that they would have walked away from this project leaving us with almost $20K in unfinished work for which they had already been paid.

We had a flood in several rooms in our home. Right afterwards we called serve Pro. They were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Duane did our initial inspection and he explained all details even about the insurance claim. Austin and all of the other technicians that came out to install the equipment were also professional and they did such a wonderful job I'm so glad that we contacted them. I highly recommend this company!
