Toucan Roofing installed a new Roofing on our house in 2017. Satellite dish(s) had to be removed and reinstalled, we noticed the shingles at the edge of the roof were misplaced and when we got a closer look, there was an indenture under the nail of the Satellite dish and water damage to the plywood creating a sink hole under the shingles. We called Toucan and they said they would send someone to investigate. So to make a long story short, Toucan doesn't have a warranty to fix the issue so I had to pay for the repair out of my pocket.

I highly recommend your company. You did an excellent job re-roofing my home. You communicated goals clearly and professionally. The roofers were very organized and respectful of our property. We are very pleased with our roof and your excellent job. Thank You!

Toucan Roofing, LLC is a top notch and a very professional company. They do what they say they would do and do it when they say they will do it. We are a living proof of that!

We recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage. You frequently hear horror stories about roofing contractors, and quite naturally we were very leery about going through this process. We interviewed a few roofing contractors and Toucan Contracting, LLC by far came out on top as far as honesty and comparability. The decision to use this company was also based upon recommendation from a family friend who recently had her roof replaced by Toucan Roofing, LLC.

They were professional, timely, and did the job within the time frame promised. They were very pleasant to work with - from Matt Devarennes, Insurance Claim Specialist who came out to inspect our roof, gave us an estimate and personally supervised the job to Mary Daniels, Office Manager who handled the paperwork and everything else. They were very accommodating.

We probably won't need a new roof any time soon since we upgraded to Class IV shingles, and they did an excellent job; but if for any reason we ever need a new roof in the future, we will not hesitate to call them! They were professional from start to finish. The workers were fast, and they cleaned up the property very well. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Great fast service. Developed a small leak. They came right out and fixed. Reasonable price too.

Update Nov 2023 - Jason helped with the insurance claim and roof and gutters replaced. Timely, great workmanship and cleaned up when done. I would highly recommended.
