Terrible replaced igniter but didn't check he couldn't find gas shut off valve what kind of stove repairman is that!!

This company is a RIP off! Didnt fix my oven and made several UNAUTHORIZED charges on my debit card! According to the bank that constitutes credit card fraud and litigation is pending! TOTAL TRASH COMPANY....

Not sure if the tech didn't know how to diagnose or if they were trying to rip me off but he claimed the problem with my washer was a burn out motor however turns out it just needed reset, glad I didn't have him replace my motor for $375

So used this company thinking it’s a small mom n dad company out of Manvel...I had them go out and look at my dads fridge, my dad was told he needed the seal that goes in the door... well they guy used a blow dryer on the seal and said ok it’ll be $258... did t fix the problem they sent someone out today and now want to charge my dad $450 for something that should have been taken care of in the 1st place...so I call and ask to speak to the office manager we’ll come to find out this is a call center that sends out other individuals to do the job.... well to me this is false advertisement....they should be upfront and telling people they are a CALL Center not an actual company!!!and how dare you send someone out that is trying to take advantage of my father!!!!
So I’m waiting on an actual manager that is suppose to call me... so let’s see if this happens.... in the mean time I’m giving the the worst review and putting it on social media.....

I call the guy to get a quote on my buttons not working on my GE Microwave. He says "Oh ok the control Panel." I said yes he says ok it will be $75 to have a tech come check it out tomorrow." I say" Ok, but since we know what it is how much am I looking at total? I would really just like to know the worst case scenario price." Then he HUNG UP in my face. I call back and he pretends that he doesnt know who I am. So I say everything again as if it didnt happen, and he says "That's not how it works." So I said "Hey, listen to this." Then I hung up on him.

Over the years, Rick has consistently solved our SubZero Freezer! So productive! He's the greatest. Marvel Appliance Repair is the best in the business from the office to the technicians.👍🏻👍🏻

I was very excited when I found this company that was available 24 hours. I called them, and they came out within a day or two. It didn’t take the technician very long to fix my washer and he was out within an hour and a half. The washer was working great for about 2 weeks and started leaking again, and making a clicking noise. I’ve called them at least 7 times to come back out, because the business card says all work is guaranteed and that I have a one year warranty. I’ve received one call back, I’m believing from RJ (the company’s name is RJ Appliance Service). Its been at least 2 and a half months (service took place on 4/30/19), and they still have yet to come back out or call). I will he reporting this company (RJ Appliance Service) to the BBB.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for appliance repair. The technician assured me that my heating element in addition to sensors would need to be replaced. I researched the price and found that what the technician was going to charge me for parts alone to be unreasonable. I had a Sears technician come by, who did a totally different and much thorough assessment which identified a relay switch on the main panel to be the issue. They also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my heating element or sensor…..I presented this info to this repair company expecting a reimbursement for service charge and received one excuse after another even after producing the Sears service recipe detailing what I have described. I would strongly recommend to look at Sears first as their pricing is very similar and knowledge/service is a world of difference!!!!!

As an FYI and for future reference...this "technician " received a heating element failure because he was testing from the main panel before the relay switch which was stuck in the off position and would have incorrectly led a beginner to think the heating element was bad. The Sears technician took down the dryer beginning at the heating element and confirming it was in working order then tested up to the main panel....identifying the relay switch as the issue and the correct way to troubleshoot!

These guys are lifesavers! My dryer stopped working, and they had it fixed within hours. The technician was friendly, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Efficient, honest, and affordable. My freezer repair was done same-day, and they honored the original quote even though the job took a little longer. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need help.

Called and they sent over Suner Services LLC. The tech was nice and helped me understand the freezer and issues. But the price they quoted me to change the water valve was a rip-off. They quoted me a valve over $180 when I found the same one from whirlpool for under $70. They also quoted service to be over $250 for maybe a 30 minute repair. Would not recommend them.

The Technician- Nail Gurbanov did an excellent job with diagnosing the problem with my General Refrigerator where the Freezer and Top Fan were not operating properly. He was very professional and courteous in addition to doing excellent work. I highly recommend them for Appliance Services
