If anyone is planning to buy or build a home here, please avoid at all cost. They barely have any survaillance around the area and 12 homes were targeted with theft. The entire breaker panel and appliances were stolen. Now, the builder doesn't want to take any responsbility in fixing the situation. I even spoke to a neighbor that was building his home in the area, and during that period, he had his breaker panel stolen 3 times!! Has the builder done anything to prevent this from happening in the future? Nothing. Moreover, they do not get things fixed in a timely manner, but is exptected for us submit paperwork promptly. It does not feel like a 2 way street relationship. I'm pointing fingers directly at management for doing their job poorly. Please save yourself from the headache.
