3-D Air is my Go-To and has been for the past 6 or 7 years. Kylie from the dispatch is always helpful and great at communicating to get the help needed and to keep me informed of my ongoing project needs. 3-D Air is always upfront with costs and clear about any questions or concerns I have.

I recently had Derek and Leo out to install a mini-split in my office and they were fantastic. Always called ahead, were respectful, prompt, and worked hard in the Texas heat to get the job done. Will always use them as long as I live here. You won’t regret using 3-D Air!

Kylie answers the phone with the best customer service and always helps me out. Today, John and Kyler came out and fixed my system which was clogged. They even fixed my attic door for me. Local honest service is the best.

I have been using their services for the past 3-4 years and have never been disappointed! Kylie was easy to get a hold of and got a specialist to my house really really fast! Derek the air condition specialist was awesome as well, he was extremely meticulous in his work and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. He went over all the options for me and It felt confident in their services. I chose the option where they cleaned out our evaporators? condensers? not sure what it was but, now our AC is working better than ever.

First of all I would like to thank the staff at 3D Air, from the Receptionist who took the initial call and scheduled their Tech (John) and his helper to come out in a very timely manner. John , kept me informed the whole time. You talk about some good service, John did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond what the job called for. Most companies would try and over sale. He was a straight shooter and didn’t cut any corners. It’s hard to find a company who’s not out to make a quick buck nowadays. John, did everything he could to get us back up and running in a very timely manner. So if you ever find yourself needing work on your HVAC system 3D Air are your guy's.

Kylie helped with the scheduling and got my ac taken care of, also made sure my unit was under warranty and provided me documentation. The techs Leo and Colby did a great job replacing my evap coil. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manor!

I’ve worked with 3-D Air for my residential and business locations, and have nothing but great things to say about their professionalism and courtesy. The last few times, service tech, Brandon, took care of everything in a timely manner, not to mention punctual with every visit. If you give 3-D Air an opportunity, you will not be disappointed.

Brandon had a cancellation and called to come over early, he was here in 15 minutes. He took the time to explain everything and it was all done in a timely manner. We’ve used 3D several times and now on bi annual schedule. Very pleased with the service.

Very professional, kind, and straightforward. I called them requesting a diagnostic appointment and they came out to check less than 2 days later. They explained everything very clearly and gave me 3 different quotes as options to fit my budget which I also liked. They weren’t pushy and the diagnostic was free! :)

3-D Air replaced a mini split unit for us recently and did a great job. Fast, responsive, easy to communicate with and they did it for a fair price. Brandon called when he was on his way and he was very easy to deal with. He and Kyler made sure the install was done properly and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We had a minor issue with the unit a few days later and they were back to fix it within a few hours of us calling. Highly recommend.

He always communicates that he’s on his way and here in a timely manner. He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything that he is doing. I am very satisfied with the service.

The technician was on time and fixed my water heater in an efficient and courteous manner. The cost was less than half the amount I was expecting to pay. I will be recommending Sweet water to any of my friends who need plumbing help.

Sweetwater Plumbing Company really came through for me in a bind. I had a ton of sitting water under my house and I thought that a drain pipe was leaking. They made time for me the same day and assessed the problem within 10 minutes. It wasn’t actually anything to do with the plumbing, but they gave me some ideas of how to fix it, and even tightened something on my sink to prevent a small leak for free!

Sweetwater Plumbing is amazing! Demi has gone far and beyond my expectations. Demi has done many jobs at my home with him just finishing a repipe after this awful freeze. He schedules our appts and is always on time. He’s very professional and caring with all the questions that I have for him. As long as Sweetwater is around, Demi is our guy! Demi came yesterday and gave us an estimate for the list of plumbing work we had. He came today, right in time, and methodically worked through the list: replaced the kitchen sink faucet and filtered water dispenser (noticed that our reasonably-new garbage disposal wasn't attached properly to the sink - the ring that should have been tight up against the sink flopped up and down - and fixed it), relaxed the handle on toilet, fixed a dripping shower, replaced another shower head, fixed a frozen bathtub faucet and a leaking bathroom sink faucet (the hot water one oozed water from the bottom when on). All that in one day.
Demi was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. His prices were fair and the quality of the work excellent. I will definitely call him again.

I have a tankless water heater and called a few companies when it began running cold. Sweetwater responded quickly. Very businesslike in following through on promises and frequent communication since parts had to be ordered. I will use them again and recommend them.

We had a busted hose on our hot water heater and also wanted the hot water heater replaced. They were very prompt in responding to our request. They were very professional and the work completed was excellent. We will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
