They did work at my bonus daughter's house and they didnt do it right and now refusing to fix it. Her yard has been torn up for months now.

We had Marshall Lawn and Landscape install a 100 ft French drain with 2 downspout connections and it works even better than we expected. We can sit outside now when it rains and there is absolutely no water on the back porch. They started on time and finished before they said they would I highly recommend and will use them again for all our future outdoor projects.

These guys are good and have great prices. They showed up when they said they would be here. Very efficient and professional. I will be recommending Marshall Lawn and Landscape to my friends and will be using their services again. Thanks for the doing a great job!

John and his team did a great job landscaping our house. He was quick to respond and was able to get our request in quickly and the job was completed efficiently and timely.

We chose ML&L to re-sod our 3500+ sqft back yard mainly due to the Google reviews and our impressions from working with John F. to deteremine the needs and options for the job. We were able to consider lots of possible grasses and the pros and cons of each. John was very helpful with the process and directed us to the best resources for our needs. Once we were set, the job went off exactly as planned and predicted. John communicated well and his crew was courteous, well mannered and hard working. We would recomend always staying on top of each day's progress and reporting to John if you have any questions or concerns. In our case, he took care of them all. If you're not clear about something with John, don't let it slip. He does want to do a great job. We found his pricing a little high but we think that about everything these days! Stay on top of what you expect and John will deliver. We highly recommend ML&L.

I am very pleased with the results of our lawn job performed by John and his team at Marshall Lawn and Landscape. They installed several pallets of Zoysia grass around our pool area. From the beginning, John stayed in communication with us keeping us updated on the project until the material arrived. He then completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He also advised us about how to take care of our new lawn. John is very knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with!

John and his crew did a fabulous job on our drainage and sod. The sod has grown in so beautifully. John is so professional and really helped us understand the issues with our washout areas. I highly recommend this company.

They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard and property around our house. It was very overgrown. We told them what we wanted and they made suggestions and came up with a plan! They got started right away and had it finished in 3 days. It included trimming trees and hedges, pulling weeds and laying g down new weed blocker in the beds along with removing old landscaping rocks and laying down new and finally mulching everything. The crew was great and worked their butts off!!! We will definitely be using them again!

If you want it done right then you need to call John! He makes it happen no matter what, and he demands perfection. His motto is whatever it takes to make you happy, and he means it. His crew is the hardest working bunch I’ve ever seen and they do a spectacular job. The epitome of professionalism as well as value. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

We are still currently waiting on a job to be competed from Februray of this year. He sent over a man named Murray to work in his stead. He is now claiming this man is a third party he paid and is not employed by him. The drains are still not completed per the contract. He installed 7000 dollars worth of drains for us. He claimed he was going to put cloth and rock with all the drains per my contract. Half of the drains were not installed with these items. He sent over Murray to correct these issues by "passing over the job to him". Murray has been missing in action for some time now. He can not get a hold of him and refuses to come over and fix my drains. They are dug up and washed out becuase of his worker that he claims is not his despite "handing over the job" in his own words. I have attached my documentation below. Do not use this man. He is well priced but he will not do a good job. You will think he is until you discover he didnt do it right. Then he will not fix the job. He will claim that you went with his third party guy and he is no longer responsible. He is now claiming we are harassing him becasue we are still trying to get our job completed after it was done incorrectly. We did not receive all the cloth and rock to protect the drains. They are all full of dirt. We are willing to work with this company to get our yard fixed but they are not working with us. If they would like to reach out and actually have a conversation not by text that would be great. We call often and they refuse to answer the phone. We can not have an actuall conversation becasue they only talk via text. The address for this company is a house. We are told it is his mother's residence. So you probably will not be able to serve him with papers to get your money back. We have waited four months for a fix and have gotten the run around. I at this point honestly do not think this company cares and will make any excuse not to come fix the drains that were put in wrong. John Furth was the man we hired and he sent over a team of 6 people. He did not supervise these people and that is why the drains were only done half right. The side we saw everyday coming home was done correctly. The back yard was not. After we watched them meticulously in the front they did the bait and switch in the back. The photos below are from June 27th, and his third party man went MIA. He also told us to leave a review and pressured us to pay him before the job was done so that he could afford the rock to finish the yard. He says unless I pay he cant finish the contract out. These are all in the text messages below. I even have several where he says it was a huge misundertading between he and his Third Party guy. These texts prove that Murray was hired and payed by him to take over the yard. Since Murray is not doing the job, it now falls back to the original contract since his plan id not work. He has said multiple times it is our responsibility to get a hold of Murray and work it out with him. It is not. He paid Murray, we hired him. This review will be changed to 5 stars if a agreement is reached or the drains are completed.

We had a great experience with John and his guys!! They were prompt, worked SO hard each and every day they were here and attended to our every desire! We are so pleased with the outcome of our landscaping and would never hesitate to use him again!

I called hem for a small work, and he asked for to paid first and I explain to him we are a big company and we can’t paid with out to do the job first. He tell me to call the other stupid electrician that they don’t charge first.
