Plumbing reviews in Mathis, Texas

We needed our main drain line washed out, do to grease buildup creating a slow drain. React Fast Plumbing came out quickly and solved the issue. Brought a trailer mounted drain pressure washer for cleaning out the sludge and buildup. We also asked for a drain camera to check for breaks or any other problem we could not see. Our drain line is clean now and we feel at ease. I cannot reccomend RFB enough for taking care of our house and being so professional at their job. If you need your drains cleaned out and want a pro stop looking and give them a call.

Mary & Jerry did an amazing job! I called them this morning and they were at our rental property same day! Thank yall so much!!

REACT-FAST PLUMBING. A few hours after contacting REACT FAST PLUMBING Jerry was at our home to remove old water heater and replace w new water heater. The store we purchased the tank from promised a next day, 8:00 a.m. install. No call/no show (this is day three wo hot water).. Our inquiries were met w, let me look into this and I will call you.
My husband ànd I called every plumber in CC and the soonest a plumber could get to us would push us to eight days wo hot water! Called REACT-FAST and Jerry came out within a few hours and got us up and running! Jerry installed the water heater in a timely manner. He left the work area clean and hauled away the old tank and any trash from the install. He is very personable and told and showed my husband what and why of the job by each step. We would most definitely call REACT-FAST PLUMBING again should we ever have another need for a plumber.

I can’t say enough about Jerry !! He was the most professional and knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever encountered.. I purchased a home and ran into some major problems, he didn’t hesitate to assure me he could take care of everything and absolutely keep his word . He went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were solved. Thank you soooo much Jerry , words can’t express how much I appreciate your service! 🙏. I will be recommending you to all my friends , family and even strangers!😂

I was in dire straits , but when I called Jerry with React-fast Plumbing he came the next day...gave me written estimate and was there a couple of days later and agreed to fix some hard to reach places. Fixed leaks under my deck, replaced fixtures on tub which required cutting through walls and flooring to be sure the problems would not return. Needed repair on ridgeway on roof. Removed old material and really fixed it securely. He was a fast worker and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend Jerry.

Jerry came out and fixed not only my pipes under the kitchen sink, but also my shower drain. He was professional and informative throughout the whole process. I will definitely use his company again, for any and all of my plumbing needs. Also, his rates are reasonable.

React-Fast Plumbing truly lives up to its name. After three weeks of dealing with a stubbornly clogged air conditioning drain line, and after visits from both other plumbers and air conditioning technicians who couldn’t fix the issue, I finally called React-Fast. In just a matter of minutes, they not only cleared the clog but also flushed the line thoroughly. Their efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge were immediately apparent, and it was a huge relief to finally have the problem solved after so much frustration.

What impressed me even more was the care they took to make future maintenance easier. They didn’t just do the job and leave—they took the time to explain what they were doing and even made adjustments so I can perform semi-annual upkeep on my own. Their combination of skill and customer care is rare, and I highly recommend React-Fast Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services in the Coastal Bend area. These folks know what they’re doing, and they do it right the first time.

Called React Fast and Jerry for a clogged drain. Jerry responded and diagnosed my problem as unfixable with a snake and was absolutely certain the pipes were misconfigured--I asked him a number of times if there was any cheaper ways to fix my problem but he was certain my pipes were bad; and...heres the kicker... his assessment required $3K+ of work by him.

A second plumber was called (AIM Plumbing--highly recommended) who simply and quickly unclogged the drain (for $300, not $3000 ha) and even showed me the grease that was blocking it. When contacted about his errant charge and diagnosis, Jerry couldn't remember my case but refused to provide any discount for his poor service.

A terribly wrong diagnosis + vendor memory loss = a very bad customer experience.

Thank goodness I got a second opinion...

If you live in a rural area and have plumbing issues, I highly recommend React Fast Plumbing. They are honest and will advise you on repairs that need to be done. I will definitely use them again.

React-Fast (Jerry) was very knowledgeable while installing two hot water heaters in our facility. He went above and beyond to make sure they were correct and heated properly. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.
