I called on Friday. He came out on Saturday, in spite of comunication problems (I messed up); diagnosed the problems. Then returned on Sunday to make sure all was well. It was and is. Then he DIDN'T charge me an arm and a leg!!

Top notch as always! Blake and Andrew came out to install a mini split on a room addition. Arrived earlier than expected, found and fixed an electrical issue and left the place spotless. Baxter is our go to for everything including the maintenance plans. So far, we’ve had Baxter do service plans, R/R old furnace and a/c, run additional lines and the mini split. No reason to go anywhere else!

My HVAC go to is retiring. He recommended Baxter HVAC services and he dis not disappointe. He explained things to me made suggestions. I feel comfortable knowing not only that I agreed with the Baxter recomendación but really liked working with them and helping me find a solution I can work with.

Very pleased with the installation and the unit installed by Baxter HVAC. They are very professional and the Bryant/Carrier unit is performing very well. It's quiet and cools much better than the previous Goodman unit that we had.

Our heater went out when it was going to be 17 degrees overnight. Baxter HVAC squeezed us in and had our house nice and toasty in no time. The price was good.
