Dustin was amazing to work with! Hassle free, helped me navigate the complicated insurance paperwork. On day one he set expectation on where the material was going to be placed, steps to be taken on how my property was to be protected, mind you no other roofer had mentioned this prior to install (roof has been replaced 2 times in the last 6 years, gotta love north Texas) let alone prior to signing a contract. When asked a variety of questions his replies were always in a timely manner. When the install was complete Nimbus took care of all the paper work with insurance and city. When I tell you I didn’t have to lift a finger I mean it. By far the simplest way to get your roof replaced. The hardest discus on I had was what color to pick.

Chris and the Nimbus Roofing team were absolutely amazing to work with! I've never experienced hail damage like I did on our McKinney home, but Chris professionally helped identify what had to be done, helped work with my insurance company and quickly coordinated the amazing work his team did to repair our roof. I never leave reviews but in this case I can't recommend Nimbus Roofing enough!!

Chris and the guys at Nimbus are awesome! I found a torn shingle in my yard a few days after a nasty storm, gave Chris a call, and he was out to look it over in no time. He looked over the roof and found another one or two that I couldn't see that were damaged, and got one of his guys out to fix it the very next day. Very practical and honest, none of the "you need to replace your roof" stuff you hear about and all that. Would use them again in a heartbeat without so much as a second thought!

I have used Nimbus roofing a few times over the years. First on my personal home, I had to have the roof replaced quickly for a move - and they were able to get it taken care of with room to spare, even with some technical items from an inspection report. They even took care of the window screens, which was a great timesaver. I also had them recently do a repair for one of my business projects - and it went very smooth. I received great feedback from the customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Great company and ownership!

We all know how crazy the weather in North Texas can get. Most can also relate to all the roofers knocking on doors right after a storm. Who do you choose? My situation was a little stressful. I have a pending home purchase when high winds and hail blew through after my home inspection cleared. Looking through google reviews, I shorted listed handful of roofers with high ratings. Chris at Nimbus was the only roofer that responded to me on a Sunday. All the other roofers were not interested in this small job. Not only did he respond, but he carefully looked at my pictures I sent him and was able to give his thoughts on it. He then asked if I wanted to get an onsite inspection. Keep in mind that this home was recently built and likely isn’t totaled and would just need minor repairs at most, yet Chris was still open to helping me out. I then contacted him after getting approval from seller agent, and Chris told me he would go out the next morning! He inspected it, called me up, and also went beyond his duty to flag down the builder and explained to them some concerns I saw on the roof. Trying to not make this sound like a commercial as this is my real experience, I am truly appreciative of Chris and Nimbus. This is how a great company builds relationships. When my roof gets destroyed by hail (which it will in Dallas area), I’m calling Chris.

I can't give enough thanks to Dustin and his crew for the amazing job they did with the replacement of my roof. Dustin went the extra mile in helping to fill out and file all of the insurance and mortgage paperwork that goes along with replacing your roof. He made the process go much smoother and quicker than it would have gone had he not been there. He also showed up when he said he would which is sometimes hard to come by. His crew was very respectful, fast, and they did a great job from start to finish. They spent about 20 minutes after the roof was done making sure that they picked up most/all of the debris that ended up on the ground. I will be using Dustin and his crew again next time I need to replace a roof!

I would recommend them because they do excellent work! My roof was fixed and repaired with top of the line materials as the previous roofers in my area failed to do. I give them 5 stars because they are Great!!

Dustin Moore was very Professional. I will recommend Nimbus to anyone needing their service. The job was done in a timely manner. My entire roof was replaced after the hail storm. So pleasant knowing I got a job well done. A good job was also done on my fence of steam cleaning and staining.

Chris was great to work with for our roofing project. He helped us through understanding the insurance claim process and worked with us on new design and color options. Our home looks great and we will definitely work with Chris again, but fingers crossed that it will be a while before the hail storms hit us that hard again.

The crews that came out to work on my roof, gutters, fence and windows were top notch, and did a great job. They performed the work quickly (my roof was completed in one 15 hour day), and they all left my yard, pool, and house in immaculate shape.
