I can’t even begin to express my satisfaction with Steele Downing, Wortham Bros Roofing and the Tilcore roof we had installed!!! The transformation is stunning and it should be the last roof we ever have installed. However, should we ever need our roof replaced or fixed, YOU are the only people we will work with. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish!!

The customer service and communication by Will Drewry was amazing. I live in CA, my house is in Melissa Texas and so trusting someone remotely can be challenging - but Will came through in a timely manner. He was polite, thorough and I am so impressed - thank you Will! The end product was great also - and fast!!

Samuel, was such a great help, very professional, on time with each meeting. We needed help because previous company was doing such lazy work and we were so worried that our addition to the back of our house would leak. He arrived, jumped on the roof, took pictures and did a write up for us. He gave us an estimate to redo the roof correctly and we can not wait to get this project completed correctly. Can not thank Wortham Brothers Roofing enough.

Garrett was great to work with! All repairs were completed promptly and with minimal interruption to my schedule. Garrett worked directly with insurance and explained in detail the cost breakdown so I knew exactly what to expect. Wortham Brothers replaced our roof in Lewisville after extensive hail damage and I am very happy with the result. We went through a terrible insurance claim process, and Mike Barnett documented every step of the way. We ended up having to use pictures of the insurance adjuster's own roof marks to prove our claim, and this was all thanks to Mike's support. Furthermore, Mike ensured we could mitigate the damage with several tarping jobs and I am extremely grateful for the work he put in. Thanks to Gabe as well for working with the public adjuster too. Fantastic job getting this one completed, and I can sleep soundly under a beautiful roof now. Thanks Wortham!

They did a great job from start to finish. Price was the best I came across, the communication was great, and the finished product was awesome! They were able to provide an opportunity to upgrade that was reasonable that allowed me to save $360 a year on my insurance going forward! Garrett & AJ were professional from start to finish. Garrett in particular checked on multiple things and made sure they cleaned up well the following day. Also, he even bought me a light fixture that broke during installation. Highly recommend!

I worked with both A. J. Brooks and Garrett Chastain. They were flexible and excellent to work with. They made sure it matched the first roof, because of HOA. They made suggestions on improvements, which I adopted. After the roof was installed, they had an inspector come out to make sure it was up to the latest building codes. I highly recommend them both.

Garrett and AJ were amazing and helped guide me through the process of filing my insurance claim and getting my roof repaired after it was totaled during a hailstorm. They were always available to answer questions, continuously kept me in the loop and wasted no time getting the job done. The team that they had at on the day of the roof replacement were kind and considerate all day as well. I cannot recommend this crew enough.

On September 21, 2025, northern Denton experienced a hail storm that had over 70 mph winds for almost 30 minutes. Some hail were a quarter size in diameter. After the storms finished, the peddlers and several fly by night roofing / construction companies were knocking on doors. Even though there is a sign of no solicitation, I had to demand the contractors to leave the premises. Out of the 15 suppliers that were reviewed, only three companies were reputable. The other 12 companies were referred to as the dirty dozen. All homeowners need to know the risks involved pertaining to liability insurance and should be at $2 Million or above.

The Builders such as Bloomfield and Pulte use Wortham Brothers Roofing as the primary service supplier. Bloomfield Project Manager Jerry provided very good feedback about Wortham and their quality of control in workmanship. I was told to speak with Steven Bell exclusively. Bloomfield (Jerry) confirmed he is one of the best and Wortham Brothers will fix quality issues along with call backs. I also reviewed roof leaders Jazi and Israel that work for Wortham Brothers. I had a check list and questions for Steven Bell to the following topics:
Decking/Sheathing, Disposal properly land sites, Eave edge, Rake edge , Style D Flashing, Gutter apron, Ice water Shield, How many squares for roof material, Synthetic underlayment, valley cutting
Ridge/Ridge vent, slant back vent / to eliminate, Impact rated class 3 or 4 shingles, Insurance- $2 Million Limited Liability Coverage
Cut-up, walkable, Penetrations, Slope , Starter Shingles, Waste and Warranty.

Out of all the roofing suppliers, Wortham Brothers Roofing : Steven Bell answered the questions completely. Wortham Brothers were the most competitive, especially with the upgrades to Class 3 impact resistant shingles along with the ridge venting. The quality and deliverables from Wortham Roof Leaders : Jazi and Israel are above the standard. The roofing crew were early. This crew finished in one day and met the schedule. All the materials were delivered. In conclusion, Steven Bell improved the deliverables with competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. All the damaged roofing materials were properly removed for inspection of the decking. The roofing system is guaranteed for 10 years. The workmanship is above the expectations in quality, service and value. I highly recommend Steven Bell and Wortham Brothers Roofing.

I recently had my roof replaced by Wortham Brothers Roofing after a major hailstorm swept through our area about two months ago and severely damaged our roof. Following the storm, our neighborhood was flooded with roofing companies, all trying to outbid one another. It was overwhelming, and we had no idea which company to trust.
Wortham Brothers originally installed the roof on our home when it was built in 2022, and they reached out to check on us after the storm. Unlike many other companies that simply left business cards on our door, Wortham came by on a consistent basis, always respectful, never stopping by during dinner hours or on weekends.
Eventually, I decided to call them back for a quote. Not only were they significantly more affordable, but they were also able to upgrade us to a Grade-3 shingle to better protect our home. As a school teacher on a budget, I truly couldn’t believe they were able to make it work for us.
Wortham Brothers exceeded our expectations and reminded us that you do business with people, not just a name, brand, or building. Thank you, Wortham, for working with us and helping put our home back together.

Great job replacing our roof in Howe after a big bad hail storm. Never had an insurance claim before, but Dustin helped us through all the steps and required paperwork. He also communicated updates with us regularly. The roofers did a great job too, ensuring they protected our property including a pool. From start to finish, the whole job was just a few days. Just had my roof replaced and I could not be happier. Jordan explained everything to me inside and out and dealt with the insurance for me. When my solar company did not have the panels off on time, Wortham Bros. pushed their schedule back without complaint. The roof looks perfect.

Our patio ceiling and a ceiling fan were falling down, due to inadequate materials used when our house was built 18 years ago. This company was recommended to us, and made us a good, fair estimate to fix it all. The men came out (Will, Sid, and Mike) and worked a solid 3 days. The finished job looks GREAT!! I was impressed by one of the roofing contractors that we got a bid from but I was more impressed by Wortham Brothers Roofing. The foreman, Garrett and his associate AJ are genuine, professional, and very easy to talk to. Garrett found the source and explained the plan to fix our roof problem with integrity and confidence. They worked to successfully solve our problem with the insurance company. They also were prepared with a backup plan to help further with our insurance company, if needed. They answered all my questions and concerns with genuine concern and attention to detail. This was followed through from start to finish of the whole project. Roofing is inconvenient while it is going on because of the noise and unavoidable mess but they provided the right solution and timely completion with thorough clean up. I am very pleased with the quality materials, workmanship, responsibility and attention to detail of the hard working crew and leadership of Garrett and AJ who represent their company so very well.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Chason Vale from Wortham Brothers Roofing. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure my home and insurance claim were handled the right way.

Chason arrived on time, completed a thorough and honest inspection, and walked me through every step of the process—even in the intense Texas heat. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations and timelines, and made sure I understood every detail about the Owens Corning roofing system we were getting.

What really stood out was his professionalism and dedication during the insurance inspection. When the roof inspector claimed there was no visible damage, Chason calmly showed the adjuster photo evidence that proved otherwise. A few days later, my adjuster even told me that if it hadn’t been for Chason’s presence, persistence and knowledge, the claim likely would have been denied. Because of his efforts, our new roof was fully approved and bought through insurance.

He also helped coordinate some additional work around our home, and his team was prompt, efficient, and delivered quality results. Chason was easy to reach by phone or text, always responsive, and true to his word throughout the entire process.
