Moy has been our favorite pool tech. He has great communication skills, is consistent, and listens to our concerns.

James did a fantastic job on my pool issue! He found and pointed out the issue quickly. He adjusted the stops on my Jandy valves to fix the chlorinator "no flow" issue I was having. He is truly a great asset to Integrity Pools. I will definitely call Integrity Pools with any future issues on my pool! I have Integrity Pools and James in my contact list for future reference. I truly appreciate his service today!

We are fans of the company but especially our tech Moises. He texts us in advance of his arrival, keeps us updated on status, and is quick and efficient but thorough and is always cheerful.

Integrity Pools was an excellent choice for our complete remodel, design, construction and maintenance! Great service, very personable and responsive to our needs. Most recently we needed repairs on our pool pump and pool heater. Repairman, Chris, was efficient, thorough and timely! He made the repairs in less than one hour and was very kind and personable. I recently remodeled my pool with Integrity. I gave it a 5-star. My pool was 35 years old, and this is the first time of a complete rebuild. The construction crews are very professional, for Texas advantage. The stone work was great. Luis did a good job on overall project. Miles did a great job on electrical. I’m now upgraded to cyber age, with pool lighting, heater, pump all controlled by iPhone.

Moy did an excellent job maintaining our pool. Moy was reliable and had ckeae communication on when he was coming, what was done and if any actions needed to be taken on my end. I appreciated his throroughness and professionalism!

Chris V. Helped us to book a quickly appointment when the motor of our pool was not working. Also, he helped to answer some of my questions.
And, he came for filter cleaning noticing that the small pipe that flushes the water out of the filter was cracked, probably because the last winter storm. He offered to fix it and he did.
His service has been great.

Chris V was my technician/installer for a full modernization of the pool equipment on our new home purchase (controller, pump, filter, heater, automation, re-plumbing). He was incredibly kind, professional, and gave me a detailed walkthrough of each step through the remodel process. There were a couple required modifications relative to our initial quote that he addressed thoughtfully and ended up providing us a solution that we’re super happy with. Would definitely recommend Integrity for your remodel needs, very professional and fairly priced.

When we moved in we didn’t know what to expect with owning a pool. Integrity made the process easy, identifying the type of pool (saltwater) and recommending a maintenance plan as well as replacing worn out parts to keep our investment safe. Our weekly service tech, Moy was excellent, always letting us know when he was due to anrrive and leaving a report after each service call as well as pointing out anything that may require further review or maintenance. Overall we would recommend Integrity to anyone seeking a quality pool service provider.
