Top Notch Electrician’s staff are very knowledgeable and provided great service in my home. Danielle in the office was professional and quick to respond to all my questions about the work being done. They provided services for me on two different occasions with different technicians. Both Keenan and Colby proved themselves to be well-qualified, and made sure I was satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend this company!

Top Notch helped us with an electrical problem in our outdoor grilling area. Haden was our technician, and he did a great job…he was thorough, courteous and on time. This was the first time we used Top Notch, and they communicated well with us through the entire process, and I loved that! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I am amazed at how quickly and safely they were able to get this service completed. Both extremely hard workers and it looks incredible! The scheduling office, Specifically, Tori and Brittney- We’re so helpful in getting us scheduled and answering any questions we had. I cannot recommend Terry and The Top Notch Electrician Team enough!! The technicians cleaned up, Checked in throughout the day…. Kaden even told me my cat got out and he did his best lol which I thought was so thoughtful. Overall, this was just a great experience and we’re so thankful. Recommend 10/10. Price was on point too. Strike one, strike two, ya don’t get strike three - After seeing strong reviews on Google, I called and booked an appointment 6-days out. Great! Then, six days later, no call/no show for our appointment. Called back, to check/reschedule - “Ooops, our scheduler forgot to add you”. Super apologetic, and rescheduled for 5-days later. Ok, holding breath a little. Five days later, no call/no show (AGAIN). We call back to “check in”…. “Oops, so sorry, trouble with a truck”. We’ll call you back…. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

We understand “things” happen. Might even be great electricians (hell, maybe even “experts”), although their front office and communications certainly were not. Looking elsewhere. Thanks for wasting two weeks.
