I recently hired ENE, LLC to install a new main electrical panel along with several additional upgrades throughout my home, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the very first phone call to schedule the appointment, their team was professional, responsive, and courteous. Martin and his crew arrived on time, explained the scope of work clearly, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise. It was evident that they take great pride in doing the job correctly and safely.

The installation of the new main panel and the additional electrical work were completed efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. They worked hard the entire time, remained respectful of my home, and ensured everything was up to code. What truly stood out was their professionalism and attitude, polite, patient, and willing to answer every question thoroughly.

Equally impressive was the cleanup. They left the work area spotless, which speaks volumes about their standards and integrity. Their pricing was fair and transparent, especially considering the quality of workmanship delivered.

I wish I have called W3 before replaced the dish washer. It was the faulty breaker. The engineer was very professional and honest. Taylor checked all other points to made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had W3 come to the house to check out some plugs not working. After assessing the situation, Brent notified me of some issues with the wiring on one plug that looked to be DIY’d from the previous owner. He also noticed I had some breakers that had been deemed defective by the manufacturer.
Lastly, he noticed some other work done by previous owner regarding lighting in the garage that didn’t have boxes on the back end causing a safety concern.

Overall, Brent was punctual and very knowledgeable. He identified safety issues and also looked for other issues to bring to my attention. It was great working with him and W3 and highly recommend having electrical work done by them.

I had a very disappointing experience with W3 Electric. I booked a technician for an $89 service charge to address an electrical issue in my brand-new home. The technician claimed the entire circuit system was surged, all the breakers were burned out, and there was smoke inside the breaker panel. He insisted the entire breaker panel needed to be replaced for $4,000. When I asked him to check the wiring for potential issues, he refused and said he wouldn’t proceed unless I agreed to pay for the panel replacement.

Thankfully, I decided to call the builder’s electrician for a second opinion. The builder’s technician thoroughly inspected the system, showed me there were no signs of a surge or smoke, and confirmed the wiring was perfectly fine. They replaced a couple of outdated breakers with a newer model, and everything worked perfectly.

This experience felt like a clear attempt to upsell unnecessary work. I’m relieved I didn’t agree to their costly and unwarranted recommendation, but I wouldn’t trust or recommend W3 Electric based on this experience.
