Should have put the review up sooner, but here goes. DFW Fence Pro installed my wood fence about 9 months ago. Initially stained it lighter that I expected, but they had their stain guy come back and stain it perfectly. Fence has held up great, but did adjust a bit with the drout last year and then the extra rain so I had a couple minor gate issues. I called on a Friday morning and was told they would send a crew next week. Awesome! Actually, I had a crew come by Friday afternoon and did some adjustments. They did need a picket to replace one that broke and brought it, installed it and stained it Monday AM. Highly recommend due to their response to warranty issues. Also, great quality work!

We have undertaken many home improvement projects over the years, and working with DFW Fence Pro has been one of our better experiences. The process was smooth from start to finish - from sales to installation. Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with - Blake the owner, Zach our sales associate, Joe the production manager, and Tony the crew leader. The crew itself was punctual, tidy, efficient, and skilled. When I made nit picky requests, they obliged without making me feel bad about it. We also had a few followup items that were addressed promptly. It's also very clear that their entire team has excellent internal communication, as they were all in sync for the entire project. And lastly, the quality and workmanship of the fence is excellent. So yes, highly recommend DFW Fence Pro. Side note - highly recommend getting boxed posts to hide your poles. It's a worthy investment that adds a really nice touch!

Awful customer service!! Contacted DFW Fence Pro this morning about an issue with my gates. Wouldn’t answer my phone call, only would text. They told me “ You are more than welcomed to do research online if you do not believe my 10 years of experience.”

And to go buy my own pad lock. Great customer service! I was just wanting someone to come out and look at it.

Incredibly great experience all around! Within two days of calling DFW Fence Pro, we had someone out to three different houses to get measurements and give us all three estimates! These estimates were not only timely, but were VERY reasonable. Within just a couple of weeks of signing contracts, they had all three jobs scheduled. Two were completed within that time frame, one took longer due to our neighbor issues that had to be resolved. Krys was amazing during this entire process...very proactive, very communicative, and was always available to work through issues that came up. We did have several unforeseen issues that had to be resolved, one being a change of fence height just a couple days before install. Krys used her outstanding relationships with suppliers and made it happen, as well as every other issue that came up during installation. All three fences were completed very professionally and look beautiful, far exceeding expectations! I can't remember the last time we had such a great experience getting something done, and not just one job, but three! Thank you, Krys, for delivering for your great company!

We had a great experience with DFW Fence! The fence is beautiful, and the original build was completed quickly. We did have a minor issue with the gate, but Krys and Calvin made sure to address it promptly and got everything fixed perfectly. Calvin, in particular, was an absolute delight to work with—they should seriously clone him! His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right made all the difference. We highly recommend DFW Fence for their quality work and excellent customer service.

We had a great experience with DFW Fence Pro. From the cost estimation with Ivan, to the permitting and scheduling with Stephanie, to the job walk with Oscar, it all went smoothly. And this is really saying something considering how many questions and variations of scope we entertained. Everyone was always patient with us as we nailed down what we most wanted and the guys that actually did the work were awesome - my neighbor and I were very impressed with their quality and efficiency! Well, I have a very "logical" reason to give it 1 star. If possible I would have taken -4 star. My neighbor got the estimate from this "logical" fence company. I am also one of the payers in this project as the fence is shared by me and my neighbor. Now, I have a gate that I want to fix as they are going to install a whole new fence. I asked them to provide an estimate to fix or install a new gate. I was hoping that they could install a new gate at the same cost as my neighbor. But, they gave me an estimate of $2000 to install a new gate. The reason behind this "logical" estimation is that they can't work on a project lower than $2000. In short, they want me to go for the other side of the fence. This is a very smart business tactic. They gave me an estimate of $2000 to install a new gate. They think that they are very smart. Now, my neighbor will pay $475 for their side of door and they are asking $2000 for our side of door.

Our fence came out BEAUTIFUL! We had an issue with the placement of one section, which we realized on the second day. I was immediately stressed and worried we'd have a battle on our hands, but Adam responded the same night, arrived on site to view, an quickly understood and agreed it was an issue. We talked over multiple options and then he made sure it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I haven't had many good experiences with contractors in the past, so it was a pleasure to deal with a company with such high standards of excellence in both craftsmanship and customer service. We will definitely call DFW Fence Pro for any future projects. Highly recommend

Our fence was 16 years old, repaired many times and embarrassing! We chose DFW Fence Pro to replace our fence after the company was highly recommended in several different social media forums. What we didn't know was this was the same company we called in spring of 2015 for an estimate after another storm knocked a part of our fence down again. We were not able to work out a deal with the neighbors at the time so we waited. Blake, the owner remembered us after over a year and basically gave us the same price except for the 3rd gate we added. That never happens! Both Blake and Bryce were friendly, professional, on time for appointments, flexible with our crazy work schedules and very patient with our HOA home modifications process. Even provided us with 3 different invoices so the neighbors had their own. Our lot is a .25 acre, it was a 2 man crew and was done in two days. Amazing!! Our fence is SO BEAUTIFUL and makes me smile every time I see it. We truly appreciate their amazing business ethics and will recommend them every chance we can. Thank you again for a job well done Blake and Bryce. They deserve 10 Stars!!

Bryce cares about the quality of his work and the customers using his services. He showed this time and time again. Our fence and driveway are wonderful. He went above and beyond the city's requirements for them both. When there was a small error with the city's paperwork he took full ownership and got it corrected with them.
