I called Junk Quest and spoke with a representative to request a same day pickup. They provided me with a time slot between noon to 02pm. They communicate when they were on their way with an ETA. I called at around 11am and they were here at 12:10pm. I showed them where all the things I needed removed were and they got straight to work. They were timely, efficient, and really nice guys. Def would use them again! Thank you guys!!

The guys did a great job. They removed 2 recliners, 2 grills, a patio set, a refrigerator, some tech junk, and at least 50 boxes in about 30 minutes. Well worth the money.

The guys from JunkQuest came to remove a broken treadmill from my home in Frisco. While they were there they also move some furniture from upstairs to downstairs as well as a piece out to the garage. They were on time, quick and very careful with all that they did. When done, they asked if there was anything else that they could do for me. While they were here, the guys even helped a couple load some furniture they were trying to load into their car down the street. Pricing was more than fair for all that they did for me. I am so grateful for their assistance and will most definitely reach out to them in the future.

Called for a garage cleanup junk pick upon Saturday. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Called at 12:42 and he said they’d be here between 3-5 and they got here at 330 and hauled it all away and cleaned up the spot and we’re done by 4pm. Super nice and did a great job for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I received a great quote from the team. Three men came and helped remove a couch and some other items for me and asked if there was anything else they could help with. There was so much junk under the couch they removed that it was gross, but they mentioned "Don't worry we won't judge!" when I commented on it. hahahaha. They were also very quick.
